At night, view the stars as you listen to the calming sound of waves breaking on the shore below. Wellington by the Sea is a well-equipped and comfortable vacation home away from home. Find your spot on the beach and soak in the sun, read a book, take a swim, or a stroll down the golden sands of the Outer Banks. Wellington by the Sea offers an oceanfront picnic area with grills and sun decks. There is an enormous storage area for all your beach toys, kayaks, cycles, umbrellas, and chairs. There are outside showers and you’re just a short walk to great food and fun entertainment. The building has a new roof, parking lot resurfacing, parking passes, landscaping, and picnic tables.

second stay here
This is my second stay in this condo. Convenience and everything we need . Just a short path out to the ocean from the elevator door, no stairs to climb. Parking right in front of the building. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook and serve a meal. Nice size fridge too.

spectacular view this year
Please give the owners a BIG THANK YOU for fixing the cloudy pane of glass. The view was spectacular this year! We enjoy the beautiful decor of this property and the special personal touches from the owners. While the kitchen could generally use a renovation, the microwave desperately needs to be replaced. Updating the door pulls would also help, if nothing else can be done. Thanks for ensuring there are plenty of utensils and real glassware. Thank you for having good mattresses in the bedrooms. It makes a huge difference. We also appreciate the quality of the TVs. Also, thanks for the cloth door coverings on the master bedroom doors - so much quieter and more effective for privacy than the blinds.

owners obviously care
This was a great house in a great area close to everything. The owners obviously care about the property since it shows well. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the couch was ok. The latter is showing some signs of wear but not to the point where we would express dissatisfaction. Condo was a well equipped home that lacked for nothing.

good view of the ocean
This was a great house with a good view of the ocean. Very quiet location which is just what we need. Enjoyed the sunset deck too. The kitchen was very well equipped and had very nice pots and pans. The Pyrex was great as were the Rubbermaid containers in all sizes. Thank you.
