Policies Regarding Guest Reviews on SunRealtyNC.com
The reviews posted on SunRealtyNC.com are the opinions and views of the publishing authors and not necessarily the opinions or views of Sun Realty. To the best of our knowledge, the authors' content is accurate. Sun Realty accepts no liability for inaccuracy or breach of rights displayed by the author, but reserves the right to remove reviews for such reasons. Penalties or legal actions shall be assumed solely by the represented author. We make no guarantees to approve/post submitted reviews but reserve the right to publish at our discretion.
Submission Guidelines:
- Author must provide a valid email address.
- Review must be submitted by an author who has stayed in the vacation home.
- We reserve the right to remove or disallow multiple posts related to the same stay.
- Reviews must be specific to the particular vacation property, containing accurate content/statements identifying characteristics of the property only.
- Reviews will remain live on the website for a minimum period of 90 days withholding the right to a maximum period, indefinitely.
- The review shall contain appropriate content without abusive, discriminatory, violent or threatening substance.
- The purpose shall be used to benefit future guests only. It shall not be used as an advertising tool outside of the use of the property or Sun Realty. It shall also not be a means of direct contact with the property owner.
- Fictitious reviews or those not posted by actual guests may be removed or disallowed.
- Posts or replies to reviews from Sun Realty staff or the property owner will be clearly marked as such.
- Sun Realty will not edit guests' reviews. If posted, they will be posted in their entirety.
- Neither Sun Realty nor the homeowner will compensate guests for reviews.
All reviews are directed to our staff for approval, which may be held in the queue for up to 5 days before going live on the website. Sun Realty reserves the right to refuse the approval or remove any reviews outside the guidelines list above.
By submitting a review, the author agrees to allow the review to be posted for its intended purpose and to adhere to the above guidelines. The author will remain the copywriter. Author is also agreeing to authorize Sun Realty the right to publish content in other marketing material solely for its intended purposes.
