Policies Regarding Guest Testimonials on SunRealtyNC.com
The recommendations posted on SunRealtyNC.com are the opinions and views of the publishing authors and not necessarily the opinions or views of Sun Realty. To the best of our knowledge, the authors' content is accurate. Sun Realty accepts no liability for inaccuracy or breach of rights displayed by the author, but reserves the right to remove recommendations for such reasons. Penalties or legal actions shall be assumed solely by the represented author. We make no guarantees to approve/post submitted recommendations but reserve the right to publish at our discretion.
Recommedation Guidelines:
- Testimonial must be submitted by an author who has stayed in the vacation home, via the Sun Realty post-stay survey or via email.
- Recommendations must be specific to the particular vacation property, containing accurate content/statements identifying characteristics of the property only.
- The testimonial shall contain appropriate content without abusive, discriminatory, violent or threatening substance.
- Replies to recommendations from Sun Realty staff or the property owner will be clearly marked as such.
- Neither Sun Realty nor the homeowner will compensate guests for testimonials.
All survey responses are directed to our staff for review. Responses to specific questions may be posted on the property page as a guest recommendation. Sun Realty reserves the right to refuse the approval or remove any testimonials outside the guidelines listed above.
By submitting a recommendation, the author agrees to allow the recommendation to be posted for its intended purpose and to adhere to the above guidelines. Author is also agreeing to authorize Sun Realty the right to publish content in other marketing material solely for its intended purposes.
