We have had an Outer Banks rental property for several years and changed property managers to Sun Realty for 2026. It has proven to be one of the best decisions we have made as a property owner. Their IT Team implemented a great solution that modernized our devices, simplified streaming services, and reduced our monthly cable and Wi-Fi service costs by 75%. Maintenance Services is rapidly fixing every issue we send them, and they are proactively finding and fixing issues they identify reducing our workload and giving us peace of mind. We feel we have found a true partner in the management of our beach house and look forward to a long-term relationship with Sun Realty.
