  • NC Real Estate Broker License

Sun Realty’s Personal Coordinator, Corolla location, will provide Sun Realty’s home owners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality and professionalism and effectively build long-lasting relationships with home owners and returning guests.

Human Resources Coordinator|Kill Devil Hills

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is a new position for Sun Realty’s HR Team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for HR generalist duties in a professional and confidential role under the direction of the HR Director. This new role will assist in all compliance-related processes for employment to include recruitment, on-boarding, and out-processing. This position assists in the following additional functional areas: benefit administration and filing – records, retention and compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations concerning employment.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, has the professional experience and business acumen to define and grow a new role. Core Competencies & Requirements:

  • 2 years Human Resources experience - knowledgeable of current HR laws and practices required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience required;
  • High school graduate required; associates or bachelors in HR preferred
  • Well adept working with a high level of integrity, honesty, and discretion
  • Must be coachable and willing to be trained
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Quickly and competently learn Sun’s full life cycle employment process;
  • Assist with new hire orientations and other onboarding activities;
  • Complete employment verifications;
  • Maintain employee files and personnel records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
  • Process employee changes and terminations;
  • Audit existing I-9s and personnel files, current and former employees;
  • Responsible for processing employment verifications, references, background checks, drug screens and MVRs;
  • Assist with benefit administration and answer benefits-related inquiries;
  • Responsible for clerical and administrative functions of HR Team.
  • Coordinate and communicate annual performance review schedule with hiring managers

This is an office position to field maintenance calls from guests/owners. Sun Realty’s Maintenance Coordinator will provide Sun Realty’s home owners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality and professionalism and effectively build long-lasting relationships with home owners and returning guests.
Hours: 5 days 8:30 – 5:30 (includes week-ends) 40 hours

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  •  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook required.
  •  Excellent customer service skills; 1-2 years’ previous customer service experience required
  •  Knowledgeable of Outer Banks area
  •  Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  •  Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to change

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • Local resident with reliable transportation
  • Basic communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat
  • Responsible for folding, wrapping & storage of laundered items.
  • Pack out linens for upcoming check-ins, office stock and after-hours cabinets.
  • Assist drivers with unloading trucks & vans.

AirHandlers OBX HVAC Technician|Harbinger

Residential/Commercial HVAC technician must possess the necessary skills and discipline to work independently, and accurately diagnose HVAC systems primarily in residential homes and some commercial establishments; while ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ HVAC experience.
  • Valid Driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years
  • High school or equivalent, and trade school preferred
  • Universal Refrigerant CFC Certification.
  • Able to follow OSHA requirements, safety precautions per company procedures and policies.
  • Ability to Install HVAC products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specs
  • Ability to meet all local codes & manufacturer standards for installs: refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and electrical wiring 
  • Ability to completes all job-related paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner and follows all supervisory prescribed installation guidelines.
  • Able to follows standard company procedures to ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective and unused parts to the warehouse/inventory control department, and orders and coordinates with inventory control to replenish vehicle stock as needed. 

Hours:  Full-time. Ability to work hours (days/rotating schedule) – 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and on-call schedule as needed.
