Personal Coordinator - Avon

As a Personal Coordinator for Sun Realty, you will support and assist the rental team by inspecting properties and performing general office duties as required. To execute the job successfully, a good attitude, and the ability to work well with others is essential.

  • Well adept at conflict resolution

Requirements:

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.

Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Maintenance Coordinator

Sun Realty is seeking a full time, year-round Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. This is an in-office position with infrequent-to-rare offsite responsibilities. The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between homeowner, guests, and Sun Realty’s maintenance team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide Sun Realty’s homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality, and professionalism. HVAC Technician - AirHandlers OBX

AirHandlers OBX is an established, full-service heating and air conditioning company servicing the entire Outer Banks. AHOBX is seeking a full-time, year-round HVAC Technician to join its team. Applicants must be hard-working, goal-oriented with a commitment to team success. Customer service is a must. The HVAC Technician provides homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in HVAC services.

The residential HVAC Technician must possess the necessary skills and discipline to work independently, and accurately diagnose HVAC systems. This position requires on-call availability and possible overtime.

  • AirHandlers OBX Employee Package:
  • Competitive Pay- $41,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
