Assistant Rental Manager - Corolla

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Rental Manager for our Corolla office. The Assistant Rental Manager provides Sun Realty's homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in hospitality and professionalism.   Successful candidates will possess knowledge of the Outer Banks vacation rental and hospitality industries, present a professional image, have strong negotiating, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and be well adept at building successful, positive relationships.  Schedules may vary and weekends/holidays are required.

  • NC Real Estate Brokers License
  • 2+ years proven experience in property management and/or hospitality vacation rental arena

  • Strong computer proficiency including software experience in MS Office programs, Outlook, and Track 
  • Reliable, insured transportation, and a valid, active NC driver’s license
  • Local/Near Outer Banks resident

Maintenance Coordinator

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. This is an in-office position with infrequent-to-rare offsite responsibilities. The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between homeowner, guests, and Sun Realty’s maintenance team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide Sun Realty’s homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality, and professionalism. Please review the list of minimum requirements, submit your resume, and complete our online application.

Pools & Spas Field Supervisor

Sun Realty's Pool & Spa Field Supervisor provides Sun Realty's homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, insuring continuous delivery of excellence in the general maintenance and upkeep of their pools and spas. Hours will vary as job requires Saturday and Sunday work as well as mid-week cleans.  Overtime may be required. Regular, punctual attendance required. The Lawn Care Technician will perform a variety of landscaping duties and maintain Sun Realty facilities and homeowner properties. This position requires weekend, and holiday availability. Maintenance Field Supervisor - Harbinger

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time Maintenance Field Supervisor to join its team.  The Sun Realty Maintenance Field Supervisor is skilled in repair and maintenance and must possess maintenance related expertise and discipline to work with clients, contractors, and team members to provide day to day support for the Maintenance Manager.  Sun Realty Maintenance Field Supervisor ensures continuous delivery of excellence in maintenance knowledge, customer service and sustains high levels of customer satisfaction to Sun Realty’s homeowners, guests, and new customers.

  • Subject matter expert in general home maintenance 
  • Able to work independently in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment 
  • Work in disagreeable conditions, both outside and inside, for extended periods of time and to lift weights of over 50 lbs. regularly

The residential HVAC technician must possess the necessary skills and discipline to work independently, and accurately diagnose HVAC systems.
