location/convenience
We've stayed in this unit before, and it's great for location/convenience. However, it's definitely showing its age. The kitchen is big and easy to use, but it could be better equipped, e.g., it could use a fresh set of dishware and a large skillet or two. Beds were very comfortable. Loose pillows on the living room couches made for comfortable seating/napping.

Boss?
I thought this property was excellent and convenient, and would definitely return. (Slight hiccup when we arrived - the AC wasn't working - but it was fixed within 24 hours.) Meanwhile, the view of the ocean was great, the place was clean and had plenty of amenities, the parking was convenient, and the elevator was a real help in getting our stuff up and down. One request of management? It would be more convenient for most guests to pick up and drop off the keys at your other (five miles west) office, rather than going five miles past the place. But like I say: go for it! You won't be disappointed.

so Comfortable
This condo is so. Spacious and furniture and Beds were so comfortable for a family. This was a fabulous place to stay. Views of beach and ocean outstanding. Kitchen has a wide spread choice of dishes and pots and pans. The owner of this condo really cares

Awesome!!!!
This is what we have been searching for!!!!! We have been going to the Outer Banks for years and have never found a place that we wanted to return to, until now. We have already booked for next year. This is a beautiful condo, with the most spectacular balcony I have ever seen in a condo:) Thank you so much for allowing us to spend the week. Can't wait until next year!!!!
