It's our 46th anniversary! Sun Realty was established in 1980, with humble beginnings in a small building at the site of the current Kill Devil Hills office. Since then, through the loyal support of our guests, property owners and clients, our company has grown to 6 locations spanning the entire Outer Banks.
Thank you for 46 years of fond Outer Banks vacation memories. We've been privileged to host countless beach vacations through our Outer Banks rentals program. Family vacations are special and we're here to help you make the most of your time on the beautiful OBX. We wouldn't have made it to this point without our fantastic owners and our loyal guests, returning to their OBX home away from home each year.
As a gift to you, we're taking up to an additional $175 off on new 2026 reservations. But act fact! Savings decrease throughout the promotion period:
- $150-$175 off full weeks when booked 5/1-5/8
- $125-$150 off full weeks when booked 5/9-5/15
- $100-$125 off full weeks when booked 5/16-5/22
- $50 off partial week stays, over 3 nights, booked between 5/1-5/22
