Great House -
House was great! Stayed two weeks. All Furnishing were nice and comfy.. outdoor furniture has been upgraded based on past reviews. Most of it is polywood type which is great quality. I loved that I was able to have my dog. Beach access is super close and everything was just great.
The only thing I would suggest is to replace the full coffee pot- it was old and dirty. Coffee brewed tasted nasty. Tried cleaning it and didn’t fix issue. Thank goodness there was a keurig, but those lil kcups are costly- I drink a lot of coffee so not being able to make a full pot kind of sucked.

most comfortable and well kept house
We loved staying at this house. It is one of the most comfortable and well kept houses we have ever rented. We should know considering we have stayed in many homes over 30++ years of vacationing up and down the beaches of the OBX! The elevator is a big plus too! Very nice pool with comfortable pool furniture. Great view and easy walk to the beach. We will rent this house again!

excellent beach access
I would stay here again. We loved the pool and the beach access was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The quilts were very pretty. Sofas are comfortable too.

elevator is a nice plus
The house has had some obvious updates done - with painting, wood on the decking, and the overall upkeep on the house. The elevator is a nice plus. We liked the bed in the Master Bedroom - and the couches were very nice. Loved the kitchen sinks and countertops. The fridge is large - and kept things very cool. The end of the island is right in front of the refrigerator door - which makes the space seem smaller than it is. Other than that - the kitchen is great!

2nd time at this home
This is our 2nd time at this home. We need the elevator, and like the location. We do appreciate the new sofas and less clutter. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool area needs TLC. It's functional, but that's it. Pool furniture needs upgraded and umbrellas for shade.

Yano SS125
The Yano was an amazing house. We've never been to NC to stay and so happy we picked this house. It had nice views of Ocean. We had huge pool and hot tub for our family. The kids loved basketball hoop. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The realtor office was helpful at pick up of keys with questions and had drop box for when leaving. I would definitely stay here again next year.

SS-125 Yano is AWESOME
We have been going to OBX for countless years, sometimes several times a year. We have rented in every town between Nags Head and Corolla with many realtors. Sun Realty is one of our favorites, and bar none, this house is one of the best we have ever rented. The view of the ocean from the house is wonderful. The location of the house is perfect. You access the beach right across the street. Southern Shores is nice and quiet and relaxed itself, but you are a short drive to all the fun on the bypass. It is also a nice drive to Duck around the corner and Corolla a bit further. The house itself is so well appointed. The pool and hot tub are first rate. The master bedroom is gorgeous and opens to a deck that leads to the pool. Sitting on the front deck watching the world go by is great. The furniture is super comfy. The kitchen very well apointed. AND there is an elevator. This is incredibly helpful for loading and unloading the car and for groceries (NOTE: This won't work for wheelchairs as the top floor has a step up from the elevator). We love this house so much we booked it again for next year, and we never repeat book houses! I would live in this house that is how much I like it. Last thing of note, the beach access where this house is located is rarely crowded...which is a definitely plus too!
