With a new walkway to the beach, it's just a quick 150 foot walk to the re-nourished beaches of South Nags Head, as well as just a short car ride to shopping, water sports, Jennette’s Pier and historic attractions. After a long day at the beach, kick back with a cold drink and enjoy your ocean views from Port O’Call II’s sundeck or relax in your own private hot tub.

For larger groups that want to vacation together but, have the privacy of their own separate home at night consider Port O’Call II’s sister homes Port O’Call I and III all located in a row on the same street.

Sheets will be provided for full week reservations. An optional towel package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Beach renourishment projects are scheduled to take place in Dare County (Hatteras Island) and several other areas in late spring and through summer of 2022. Specifically, projects are planned to take place along the oceanfront in Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Buxton and Avon. Port-O-Call II

The home we stayed in was very nice and clean when we arrived. The AC kept up with the house and was very comfortable, which can be a common issue with most rental homes. The home was very affordable for being semi-ocean front as well. The only two issues we had were the beds at the home in every bedroom were very uncomfortable (very outdated and worn). This was a complaint a couple families had who stayed at the home. The other minor issue was not the home but rather the check in with sun realty. We did not have access to our home till almost 5:00pm due to it not being cleaned and inspected till that time. Were told by sun realty that it can sometimes be till 6pm till renters have access to their rental homes but I feel others should be aware of this. We were not aware of a possible 6pm check in.

We sincerely apologize that you were not able to check in early. Standard check in begins after 4PM and continues until all homes are ready for occupancy. We do list this information on our website and lease agreement. We understand our guests are anxious to start their vacation so we try as hard as we can to get our homes cleaned and inspected as soon as possible on turn over days. A limited number of Early Check-in Services are available however must be pre-arranged. *Please note that bed and bath linens are not a standard amenity. Guests may bring their own bed sheets and bath towels from home or you may rent them from Sun Realty for a reasonable weekly price. However, some properties do offer linens as a bonus amenity (refer to the property description for details). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about bed or bath linens.

*Unheated pools are generally open the 2nd week of May – the 2nd week of October each year. Heated pools are generally open the 2nd week of April – the 3rd week of October. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified. Should you have any questions regarding the pool at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us.
