Come enjoy this traditional 5-bedroom Nags Head semi-oceanfront home. With a new walkway to the beach, it's just a quick 150 foot walk to the re-nourished beaches of South Nags Head, as well as just a short car ride to shopping, water sports, Jennette’s Pier and historic attractions. After a long day at the beach, kick back with a cold drink and enjoy your ocean views from Port O’Call II’s sundeck or relax in your own private hot tub.

For larger groups that want to vacation together but, have the privacy of their own separate home at night consider Port O’Call II’s sister homes Port O’Call I and III all located in a row on the same street.

For 2024, 2 queen beds have been replaced with 2 king beds. New photos coming soon!

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations.

Layout:
Ground Level: Enclosed outdoor shower, hot tub, and access to a walkway to the beach.

Mid Level: King bedroom with a connecting half bath, 2 queen bedrooms, bunk bedroom, full hall bath with a shower/tub combo.

Top Level: Living area, kitchen and dining area, king bedroom with a semi-private full bath with a shower/tub combo.

Great location! This was our second stay at this house, we booked for next year because we like the location and the house overall. We think no matter where you stay, all the houses have some room for improvement.

This was a great house for us. We love the older homes and the vintage eclectic decorations. The art work and personal touches were very much appreciated. We love painting on our vacation so we were very inspired. The proximity to the beach is priceless and the stairway over the dune was just what was needed. Everything was clean and useable even if outdated. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed it every night to soothe our old achy muscles from all of our adventures. The beds were acceptable and everything in the house worked. The dishwasher seemed new and worked well. We loved the shower pressure inside and the use of the outside shower too. The couches and chairs were surprisingly comfortable and that makes a huge difference in the stay. We also loved the dumpsters and not having to walk a trash can to the curb before we left. For the price point we felt like this house was everything we were hoping for. Can't complain about being one house away from the beach! We even had ocean views well peeks of the ocean.

Close to restaurants, groceries and most importantly, the beach. Great house! All beds and sofas were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped too.

The proximity to the beach and location were great. The kitchen had the majority of what we needed for the week. The beds were little uncomfortable, but the living areas were great! It was great having linens provided.

We loved staying here. The house was spacious and convenient to everything. Kitchen had everything but a pizza cutter! The beds were a lot more comfortable then some houses we stayed at. The only issue we had was the hot tub. Otherwise we very much loved this house and would stay again.

Overall

Despite the house being very outdated and also needing some maintenance, it was very close to the beach and it also comfortably accommodated our large group. The a/c was excellent and we never ran out of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are all very outdated…they were tolerable, but more updated mattresses would have made the stay better.

Overall

The home we stayed in was very nice and clean when we arrived. The AC kept up with the house and was very comfortable which can be a common issue with most rental homes. The home was very affordable for being semi-ocean front as well.
