Come and relax in this oceanside house in South Nags Head at milepost 20.5. You only have to stroll about 400 feet to be able to mark your spot on beach to catch some rays. The house is set up perfectly for your family vacation with a wonderful yard and the quiet scenery of being close to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

Wake up to watch the sunrise as you sit on the east-facing deck with your first cup of coffee. In the evening, look west for stunning sunset panoramas. The garage area offers plenty of space to store your gear and has seating where you can enjoy an afternoon lunch before heading back to the beach.

Sheets and towels are provided for all rentals. Beds will not be made for 2026 but linens will still be provided with each reservation!

Ground Level: Driveway with basketball goal and park-style charcoal grill, enclosed outdoor shower, 2 car garage with laundry room.

Mid Level: Kitchen and dining areas, living area with TV, queen bedroom, queen bedroom with access to shared hall bath (tub/shower combo).

Top Level: Queen bedroom with TV and private balcony, hall bath (stall shower), queen bedroom with TV and private balcony, bonus room with 2 twin beds.

This place was great! Everything was comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of space. Loved the garage space. It was close to the beach and a great neighborhood. Perfect location!

This is a very comfortable home, it had everything, nice kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and the lower level had everything you would need for a beach vacation. The location is perfect, just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The only recommendation I have would be to update the downstairs bathroom and replace the carpet in the living and dinning area.

South Nags Head does not disappoint. If you want peace, this area is the place to locate! Home is close to beach and has easy access.

Overall

Everything was very nice in the bed and living spaces. We brought our own crock pot, but everything else was there and ready for use in the kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet side road with easy beach access. We had small children and wanted to not have any roads to cross to get to the beach. The location was great for our situation to have privacy and low traffic. Looking forward to staying here again.

Home is in a perfect location being away from most of the crowd, but close enough to get back into town quickly. Great location, spacious home, on a quieter street with plenty of beach to go around. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the common areas for all guests!

Love the house! The location allows for a fun time. Comfortable beds. TV in the downstairs bedrooms would be nice. Also some simple things missing from kitchen- needed a crockpot, a tea pitcher, serving bowls.

The location of this home was phenomenal and it was well furnished in the bedrooms kitchen and living area. Amenities were appropriate and useful. In general the home was great for our stay but could use a little TLC.

This house worked perfect for our family of 4. The house was nicely furnished and had a great selection of items in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was nice and easy. The upstairs bathroom is very small almost child size. We did have a massive ant problem while we were there but the realty company took care of it.

We had such a wonderful time. This was our second time in this house. I love the location and the size is perfect for us. We spent a lot of time on the porch so it would have been nice to have some porch furniture. The internet is older and service upstairs was not the best but this kitchen was surprisingly well stocked! We loved the updates that have been done!

This was a really nice house. I wish it had 1 more bathroom and it would be just about perfect. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The laundry area was a bit awkward but I didn’t have to do a lot of laundry so it wasn’t a big deal. The upstairs shower was tiny (and I am not a big person) but we made it work. Lowering some of the bedroom mirrors would be helpful for shorter guests and including another dish towel and dish cloths with the towels and linens would be helpful.
