Perfect Location
This house worked perfect for our family of 4. The house was nicely furnished and had a great selection of items in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was nice and easy. The upstairs bathroom is very small almost child size. We did have a massive ant problem while we were there, but the realty company took care of it.

Location was great - right next to the beach, close to restaurants, stores and parks. House was fully stocked with supplies we needed, and the beds and sofa were really comfortable.

really nice house
This was a really nice house. I wish it had 1 more bathroom and it would be just about perfect. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The laundry area was a bit awkward but I didn’t have to do a lot of laundry so it wasn’t a big deal. The upstairs shower was tiny (and I am not a big person) but we made it work. Lowering some of the bedroom mirrors would be helpful for shorter guests and including another dish towel and dish cloths with the towels and linens would be helpful.

Great!
Me and my family stayed here during the winter time and it was just perfect. We had 9 people and 3 dogs and had room for more! We reserved the house last minute when another rental property didn't fall through. The sun reality staff were very helpful and my family was very satisfied with our stay. Access to the beach was perfect, linens were provided, all kitchen utensils and cookware were provided, internet, toys and games for kids, washer and dryer, and not too far from restaurants and stores. The only downside was cactus in the yard, kind of a hassle with pets and kids. I would of been happier to know about before arriving.
