This is a fantastic family vacation retreat located in a quiet neighborhood. Given that Westside Story has been a private home, it’s been incredibly well-kept and cared for. It will have everything you need for your summer vacation!
Westside Story also comes with a hot tub, private pool, and elevator! The covered decks create a very relaxed Outer Banks feel with views of both the ocean and sound.
Private pool (10x24) open from the 2nd week of May through the 2nd week of October.
Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals. New for 2024: rest easy upon arrival as all beds will be made.
**NO charcoal grills are to be used at this home.**

Family Friendly Home
First time renters that had an amazing vacation! This house did not disappoint. It is perfect for families with small children (as long as you bring your own baby gates). It is on a quite street that is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The views on the preserve were spectacular in the morning with a cup of coffee on the back porch. With the best of the both worlds, you have views of the sound as well as the ocean. The pool area is nice and there is grass for the kids to run around. This house was the whole package and we has an amazing time.

Awesome Home!!
We have been vacationing at the OBX for well over 25 years. This home was the best home we have ever rented. Great layout, awesome pool and hot tub. It is well maintained and we had the greatest views of sunrises and sunsets. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We will definitely rent this home again in the future!

Westside Story
This house was perfect. We have been staying in the Outer Banks in different locations across the coast for years. We have stayed in every size home from small condos to large waterfront properties. This was by far our favorite home and location. The house was extremely well cared for. The layout was well thought out and the size was perfect for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). It had everything we could want from the pool and hot tub to the elevator to the ice maker in the freezer. Additionally, it was nice for the adults to have their own space with the two masters and not have to share a bathroom with the kids. It was our first stay in South Nags Head as we usually head North (Corolla) or South (Avon) to avoid the crowds. It ended up being perfect as we were south enough to keep the crowds down, but north enough that we were close to everything that the central outer banks has to offer. We look forward to returning to this home in the future.
