Sunny Home is a peaceful Outer Banks vacation rental located at milepost 20.5 in beautiful South Nags Head. Enjoy ocean views, a quiet street, and a convenient 11-mile bike path. Start your day by watching the sunrise over the ocean from the east-facing deck before relaxing on the pristine beach, which is just 200 feet away. Two miles north is the Outer Banks Fishing Pier, sure to be a favorite spot for the fishers in the group. The fish cleaning table under the house makes it easy to prep your catch for dinner.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals. No pets, please.

Mid level: 3 queen bedrooms with TVs, bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 full shared baths, washer/dryer.

Overall

We loved this house, it was the perfect fit for our family. The location to the beach was a simple short walk. Plenty of living space, bedrooms were decent size and the kitchen was well stocked. My husband appreciated the nice Weber grill, it was used almost every evening . We will definitely be back!

Overall

This is a great house. We would like to stay again, maybe next spring or summer. I would recommend this house to other who like the South Nags Head area. We enjoyed the open space on the top floor of the house, the view of the beach and the ocean out the sliding glass door. From the living room sliding glass door we could easily see the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and in good order. The rooms were well kept, furniture was comfortable and organized in a good way. We enjoyed being able to see the beach from the upper level. A beautiful view! The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to find everything we needed. The house was not right next to the beach where the storm water could have gone over the dunes. It was the 4th back from the dunes, an easy walk. Great memories! We enjoyed our time there.

A clean well kept house. Good location and easy access to beach. Good kitchen appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Nice recliners in living room. A few wider seat dining table chairs would be nice.

The location and views were outstanding and we all loved this house! It had everything we need! It really helped that linens were included, we were flying. Location is perfect. Beautiful views and walking distance to ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

My entire family loved the house! Just to name a few things we enjoyed the most are the location, the amazing view from the sun deck and the homes decorations. Even enjoyed the work out climbing all those stairs! Fantastic location! Also very friendly neighbor across from the house. Made us feel like we were part of the neighborhood, not just guests. Bedrooms and living area were very comfortable. Very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Some friends came for dinner one night and said next time they come they wanted to stay at this house instead of the one they rented just one street over!

Great House! Great location! Quiet area and not crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to easily cook, eat and cleanup the area. The beds were comfortable, we slept well. The other rooms in the house were clean and had the furniture and supplies needed for our stay.

The entire house was well equipped! The house was very comfortable, only suggestion higher toilets and vanities. The kitchen was well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. Great location, short walk to beach and excellent views of the ocean. The beaches were never crowded. We would rent this house again!

We loved the location of this home great views of the ocean. It was a very clean and comfortable house. Had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked to cook a good meal. The upper deck is a perfect place to sit and loved having screened room to eat breakfast in.

Over all this was a nice home with great beach access too. The owners seem to maintain the house well and it is set-up nicely. The kitchen was a really nice set-up overall. Overall the bedding and living spaces were comfortable.

It was a great house and we plan to be back. Unfortunately no room in the inn for the next 6 months. Everything in teh kitchen was there but organization could be better. We had no issues with beds and couches. A hot tub would be nice. Otherwise very well equipped.

The home was well stocked and had ample room for our family. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The WiFi was the only major issue. 5G is necessary for the teleworking climate.
