Perfect Family Beach House

Wonderful vacation home for family of 5. Ample indoor and outdoor space allowed teenagers to have the privacy they wanted. Kitchen, though small, had all of the dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment needed. Full size washer and dryer off of the kitchen was a huge plus. Close proximity to the beach allowed everyone to come and go a they pleased. Sun Realty was great to work with, and made checking in/out convenient. Perfect vacation beach home - we'll definitely be back!

Nice Classic Beach Home

506-A Johnson is a lovely little house. We had no maintenance issues, and all the amenities were in place. The room layout was a little quirky... like, having to go through someone else's bedroom to get to the bathroom (on both floors). Having 2 living areas was nice. The distance to the beach was very close, and the views from the upper level and especially the crow's nest were to die for. The path over the dune to the beach was steep and sandy (i.e. no boardwalk)... it was too much for my 85-year-old dad but gave my husband a great excuse to get a 4WD pass to take our truck onto the beach near the inlet. It rained like crazy on Thursday night and we ended up on an island in the middle of a lake due to the slope of the front yard down to the beach road. All this we were able to work around, and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Nice House

Great location and easy beach access. Nice furniture, well stocked kitchen and loved that the washer/dryer is in the living area. Can't wait to see the new updates for 2013!
