great house
Beds were comfortable and the sofas have plenty of space for our family to sit. The kitchen is well stocked with a great set of cookware. This is a great house in a great location near OBX Fishing Pier and Fish Heads Grill. The house has been recently updated on the main level and the separate downstairs is very open for a family that needs additional space. Dishwasher doesn't seem to dry dishes on heat or high heat setting and Agent was notified. The only item the home really needs is a mop (damp type) for the LVP (vinyl plank) floors to get dirt missed by a broom or vac.

We really enjoyed our stay! House was so nice & clean, kitchen well equipped , hot tub was awesome. Definitely will rent again.

house was fine
The house was fine. All beds and sofas were fine. The kitchen had all necessary appliances needed. Local TV channels would be great for people who are not use to streaming tv.

Very Nice Home
We have stayed in this home before as guest of the lease holder. It would be nice if all the bedrooms had TVs. Love the pier and Fish Heads Bar & Grill. Love being ocean front. The updates in the pictures look amazing. We actually stayed in the downstairs of the house. It had everything we needed. It was very cozy. The staff at Sun Realty are amazing ...thank you for all that you do in making sure the houses are up to par.
