were very happy
This house was small but worked really well for us and our dog. The TVs and wi-fi worked well even in the storm. Love the big deck. We were disappointed in the views. The furniture was well built and in good condition. Beds and seats were all comfy. Overall we were very happy with accommodations.

loved the views
The house was perfect for us. We loved the views, wrap around deck for the dogs and the hot tub to relax in after a day of sun and fun on the beach! Bed was very comfortable! Other then the recommendation on coffee cups, everything else we needed was available.

proximity to beach great
The proximity to the beach was great but the house itself was not as nice as others we have rented. The living room furniture was fine. The kitchen and breakfast eating area was good. Kitchen was well stocked but could use some juice glasses. The beds need an upgrade. They were not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you rolled over.

few steps from the beach
The beds and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen had even that we needed. The location was great, just a few steps from the beach. The house is a good fit for 4 adults, I think more would be a little crowded. The deck could use updating. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay.

love hot tub
Bedding and living furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, but there was absolutely nowhere to store food other than in the refrigerator or on the countertops. All of the bedroom closets were so full of stuff that we could hardly put a thing in them. Overall our single biggest reservation about this house is the lack of space to put things in the kitchen, bathrooms and closets. We love the hot tub, especially under starlit skies.

Great house
Wonderful house with great views and beach access. Very nicely updated. We will stay here again. One suggestion however since it is a dog friendly house a gate on the wrap around porch would be helpful We put tap lights on the stairway during our stay for safety as they are not lit

Great Week!
What a lovely and clean beach house! Wonderful views with a great hot tub right on the deck overlooking the ocean. Dryer was being a little finicky but the owner came right out with his son and they fixed it up in no time. Really enjoyed our week, kids loved the close proximity to the beach!

Awesome Homeowner
Enjoyed the week we were there! Short distance to the beach, which was really great for my dad. We also saw dolphins and enjoyed the deck and views! The house was perfect for our needs and clean. It was also great to be able to bring our dogs. There really isn't grass area near by but I just took them down to the end of the street for a walk so not a big deal. We thought there was an issue with the fridge and it turned out to be nothing but John the owner was so kind and came by in no time to check it out. Plus he kept in touch to make sure everything was still fine, how great and rare is that! Pleasure meeting you John and thanks for letting us enjoy your home! Will certainly plan on coming back!

Miss
Loved the house; great view of the ocean. We saw dolphins playing in the water 4 out of 6 days we were here. Short walk to the beach made this a wonderful spot. Our 2 dogs stayed with us and were able to run around on the deck when we were out enjoying the view. I would rate this a 4 if it had the following: a screen for the sliding glass door and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Owners have done a nice job of updating and maintaining; it was exceptionally clean. We will definitely return in the future.

Amazing week
My Husband and I and our daughter spent the week at this lovely place. The ocean was just steps away and were on the beach enjoying a great week of weather every day. We also enjoyed sitting in the Hot tub looking out and enjoyin the great view of the ocean. The house was very clean and appointed well. There is a good Wifi signal, cable and a flat screen Tv and there were beach chairs and boogie boards there to use. The neighbors are far enough away that you feel like your in your own little slice of heaven. Not like some of these areas where there house are on top of each other.

Incredible views
The View were spectacular. The house was well kept and looks like it was recently renovated. We had a wonderful time walking the beach which was steps away from the house. Will be coming back again.
