easy walk to beach
House was a great location and easy walk to the beach. Continued updates will be helpful in kitchen, furniture, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and appliances. Bedding and living, everything was comfortable. New hot tub was great. Bathroom updates were well done.

The wooden walkway to the beach could be extended somewhat, as the current trek is rather rigorous, especially when carrying a tote, chair, and umbrella. It also is difficult to stay on the path over the dunes, thereby accidentally encroaching on the beach grass. The bedding and living areas were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although it would have been great to have more glassware (rather than plastic cups) for cocktails. This house was perfectly fine for adults. However, renters with young children might struggle with the current state of the beach access.

I would add more steps on the walkway to the beach. It is a steep/slippery uphill climb. Bedding and living area is comfy. Kitchen is good. Nice home.

Kittiwake
A lovely view from many porches at this house! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch off the living room. The dining area was quite adequate for our 8 people! The washer and dryer worked very well and it was great to have them on the same floor as the bedrooms!
Some things to correct: Two of the bedrooms had portable fans, but the other two did not. Ceiling fans would have been nice! Also the hike to the beach was difficult as the wooden steps up the dune were non-existent - which made the walk up the slippery, sandy, moving hill quite daunting! Also the equipment in the kitchen was over-whelming! Too much stuff! I guess that may be better than too little, but there were things that should have been weeded out!
A few more bath mats/throw rugs for in front of the showers would have helped keep the floor from getting wet as folks showered.
All in all, it was a pleasant place to stay for our week at the beach!
