Great home for a ocean front beach vacation! The kitchen was nice an had everything you need. All beds an sofas were comfortable. Plenty of room for seating. Home had everything you need for a great vacation.

We loved
The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We loved being able to get right on the beach every day. The kitchen was good. Had everything we needed. Beds and living area were great, but the toilets need some work. Loved all the deck space!

This was a great house. Had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. ALL beds were very comfortable. Thank you for the new bedding! This was our second year staying here. We will be coming back next year. See you in 2023!

We have stayed at this house for many years. The kitchen needs a new stove also more than one coffee pot. Beds and living areas were fine.

This was a great house. We already reserved it for 2022. The kitchen was well equipped. Keurig coffee pot would be a great addition. Bedding and living space, everything was comfortable.

a wonderful location
The house may have been a little dated, but has everything we needed in a wonderful location. The kitchen was basic, but had a very nice blender and just about everything we needed. The layout could be better. You can’t even get in the fridge when cooking at the stove/ or open the oven if someone is getting water or ice etc. The sofas were great. They were comfortable and perfect decor for the location. Some of the beds should probably be replaced. Especially the right queen bed. Carpet could use a good cleaning or replacement , but wasn’t terrible.

close walk to the beach
This home had everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable and the living area was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We all loved this house with all the eminities and the close walk to the beach.

A Perfect Spot
The location of this cottage couldn’t be more idea! We found it to be a very comfortable, no frills home. It was equipped with everything we needed. The upper deck provided great ocean views.
It is very dark in this area at night and as a result we has difficulty finding it, even with post reflectors at the street.
Not stated in the description: though the house has beds for 12 it only has legal septic for a maximum of 10. Children in diapers, of course, do not count. Would have appreciated knowing that at the onset.
We would definitely rent this property in the future.
All in all, a most delightful experience.

This house was more than we expected! This house has a great location in south Nags Head, it has two nice oceanfront decks, and had more household comforts than we expected, including full cabinets of pots/pans, dishes, and barware! Premium tv channels, many fun board games, and high-speed wifi were a bonus!
We would definitely return to this house!
