Just 50 feet from the beach, Carman is a recently renovated and redecorated 3 bedroom oceanfront condo offering incredible views from the spacious great room, as well as the en suite! Watch sunrises while sipping coffee from the private oceanfront balcony, all less than half a mile from Jennette's Pier!

Enjoy the views from the covered deck. Games and books are provided for nights in!

No pets, please.

Pack a little lighter and arrive ready for a restful sleep, as sheets and towels are provided!

The community pool is typically open from mid-May until mid-October. Please note that community pool open dates and hours of operation may be delayed and are subject to change.

Beach renourishment projects have been completed for Nags Head and Avon. Some equipment may remain in place for a brief period of time, but is in the process of being removed. This was our 3rd stay at this location. Highly recommend. Beds and sofas were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the view.

We had perfect oceanfront views even when inside the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds and sofas were comfy. This was a great house and Sun Realty made the vacation week wonderful.

Perfect location if you like it quiet, yet easy access. Our 2nd stay here, and definitely not our last. Best place we've ever stayed in many, many years. Love this kitchen!! And we appreciated the brand new washer and dryer! Hidden gem and perfect location!

Nicely renovated living and bedding spaces. Kitchen was very nicely equipped, but we ate out for dinner. Very good location, convenient to everything we like. Close to Manteo, the outlet mall, Home Goods!

Awesome condo that we love to rent every July for our annual Nags Head vacay. We just completed our 34th consecutive years of OBX family vacation! Looking forward to our 35th year in 2024! The kitchen was well supplied with all equipment & utensils needed. Happy to see a wine opener now there- had to buy my own last year! All beds were excellent! Everything was great- This condo had all you would need! A short, nice walk (beach or sidewalk) from Jeanette's Pier, Sam & Omie's, and FatBoyz ice cream. What more could you want???

This is the best oceanfront condo offered by Sun Realty. It has stunning views and is centrally located to restaurants shopping and activities. The only drawback was the age and hardness of the bed mattresses. Just too hard for us to find a comfortable sleep.

Everything was great. Everything we needed. I even brought my crockpot since u wasnt sure. I broke in transit...but this condo had one!!! I have stayed at various condos at Diamond Shoals. This is by far the best unit we have stayed at!!

Have rented this condo several times in the past 5 years and have it reserved for next year. Bedding and living space were comfortable. Kitchen is good - if you were going to update anything do the dishwasher it is a bit tempermental.

CONDO AS GOOD AS PICTURE TOUR

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE CONDO AND THE CLEANLINESS FOR OUR VISIT. THE KITCHEN CERTAINLY HAD ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS FOR FOOD PREPARATION AND MAKING YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT PARKING AMPLE AND ACCESS TO THE BUILDING GOOD. THE ELEVATOR WAS A NECESSITY FOR US AND IT WORK THE ENTIRE WEEK. THERE IS NO HANDICAP ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND YOU MAY WANT TO HAVE A COLLAPSABLE WAGON FOR TRANSPORTING EVERYTHING TO THE CONDO FROM THE VEHICLE.

Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified. Should you have any questions regarding the pool at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us. For 2027, unheated pools open on April 30 and close on October 10. Heated pools open on March 19 and close on October 31.
