Nice condo, especially location and views. Kitchen was little dated and matrasses felt bit too soft, but that's just preference. Great location!

View can’t be beat. Elevator a plus. Very large condo. We only used the master bed which was comfortable. Livingroom was great. Tons of seating. The kitchen ware does need updating. Tupperware type bowls for left overs different size bowls and better pots and pans. Booked for next year!

The view was wonderful and condo was comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed. All beds and sofas were comfortable too.

This was the best condo ever. Would stay here again! The master bed was very comfortable and the chaise lounges in front of the window was awesome!

location can't be beat
Location cannot be beat! Suitable for handicapped guests (near the elevator and those who are physically unable to go to the beach can still enjoy the experience and view from the deck and via the picture window. The only problem for physically handicapped guests is the shower (no grab bar or bench).

Wonderful
We LOVED our stay in this condo. It was the perfect set up for our family. Our toddler had plenty of room to play and we didn’t feel cramped. We were pleasantly surprised by the space and location of the condo. We made dinner regularly and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our meals.
My only “complaint” is that my husband and I stayed in the two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. They could be updated as both beds have huge dips in them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for 2022!

Beds and sofa are comfortable..the lazy boys are great to have! The kitchen has the basics, its functional, nothing exceptional, so it is fine. The house is nice and welcoming. Has everything you need and Sun Realty is good as well. Thank you.

very nice unit
This is a very nice unit in a fine location but does need upgrades in electronics to maintain prime status. Need to upgrade tv's. They are old, too small for size and quality of unit. Master bedroom and bath were excellent. The Kitchen was o.k.

fantastic location and amenities
I can't wait to come back next year! Fantastic location and great amenities. Family friendly atmosphere. The artwork used was amazing, and I really enjoyed the thought put into every unique piece. As homeowners, we understand and appreciate the time, effort and cost that goes into updating your living space. All updates so far have been wonderful. I would highly recommend that the mattresses get updated as soon as possible before anything else. The bed sizes were great, but the mattresses were significantly poor. They weren't dirty or sagging, just lacking in support and softness which sent me on a mission to find some good padding to add to it during our stay. All other furniture was great. Overall kitchen function was good, and we had plenty of room!

location is awesome
The kitchen was adequate, but could use updating. Some of the drawers did not open well with either broken or off the tracks. I have gas at home so I'm spoiled...not a fan of electric stoves. Microwave / oven / refrigerator were good. King bed was adequate; the older (rust colored) recliner was very worn, and reclined super easy to a horizontal position...not very comfortable for watching TV. The newer (lavender color) recliner was great. We plan to stay there again next year! Even with the faults listed above, the location is awesome and the major items like AC, shower, etc. were great.

Excellent location. Right on the beach with a great view of the beach from the deck. Unit is clean and well kept. The bathrooms are up to date. You will need your own hairdryer. The kitchen was well equipped but could use some updating. Before we left we booked two separate weeks for next year. That should tell you how much we enjoyed this property. Sun Reality is great to work with.
