House was great, hope to be there again next year! Very well stocked kitchen for a rental property. Very pleased with everything, all the convenience of home! This house has it all!

This was a super cozy home! Pool and hot tub were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and it really felt like home. The containers for leftovers was a major plus! Since we are a family who loves to cook Ninja blender, food processor, and of course popcorn popper for movie nights were a perfect must-have! Beds and furniture were great! We loved having bedding and towels provided was so helpful! Elevator was not working when we arrived but no worries we called the office and they had it fixed right away! Shout out to Sun Realty for great service! We had a storm and again they kept us informed and well alerted Thanks Sun Realty!

This house was great. We had 3 couples and 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped! All beds were comfy! This house had everything!

When you arrive and exit the elevator or cross the top step, the amazing oceanfront view is stunning through the wall of windows facing the Atlantic. The location and design to accentuate the oceanfront attraction is worth the rental fee by itself. There is so much to live about this house beyond the location. The large pool and hot tub deliver relaxation when the beach fun is done ... or the surf is too rough. The rec room provided great entertainment to our young adult and teen kids. The elevator was a huge benefit for my 70-something mother with knee problems as well as helpful when unpacking and packing, as well as the large hauls from the grocery store in between. The beds themselves were all super comfortable, including the queens which had been replaced just this year. But we did find a few issues that nagged throughout the week. For instance, no matter how hard we looked, we never could find or at least figure out how to turn on the lighting for the pool area. This made using the pool and hot tub after dark pretty much impossible. The sliding glass shower door in one of the queen Masters was detached from the wall on one end, making it very difficult to open and close. The exterior door on the half-bass on the bottom level was so swelled that it was nearly impossible to open. We thought it was maybe locked, but with some muscle did figure out that it just was that swelled. We only opened it that one time the whole week, meaning you had to drag wetness from the pool into the house to use the restroom. The roof has a leak that shows up dripping from the HVAC vents on the top floor ceiling, most notably in the top floor bathroom. Finally, the kitchen is small for the size of the house, but it is so well appointed that it wasn't much of an issue. Overall, you can see the care the homeowners have taken in maintaining and updating this home. But you can also see, in some places, where the age is starting to catch up with it. Given the detail the homeowners have shown in other places with the property, I have no doubt they will take care of these other small issues. And I would definitely consider a return trip. Overall, we really enjoyed our week there. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy it.

We've rented this house 8 times. It is perfect for us, and we're very happy with it. Love the new counter tops and appliances. The rental price is premium, but so is the value we receive. It has the right amenities and a great location outside of the hustle bustle further north on OBX. If it ever went up for sale, we would take a very serious look at buying it!

This was a wonderful house, a lot of high end appliances (the sweeper actually worked). A very short walk to the beach, the house was very well maintained and very child friendly with games, books, toys that kept our toddler busy. Screens in windows were very much appreciated and deck furniture was very nice. Much thought went into the amenities that were provided for our use by the owners and we appreciated the owners making us feel at home in their home.

Amazing House!

This house is fabulous! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are neat and up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with just about any appliance, cooking utensil, and dish anyone could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year!

Wow! So much more than we expected. The pictures on the website look nice but it was so much nicer in person. We rented this house because it was oceanfront and had an elevator. The elevator and handicapped bathroom enabled my Dad to enjoy this vacation with us. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed and many things we didn't use. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and gadgets. Everything even a steamer pot and crab crackers! We had a little bit of trouble finding the house because our directions said the house was just past MP 19 when in fact it is just before. And the house is more of a green color than the blue that it looks like here. The hot tub was nice and we played a couple games of pool. The sand dunes have really moved but that is Mother Nature for you. The weather was great, only one rainy day and it was our last day there so we needed to get everything packed and ready to go. I would recommend this vacation to anyone.

We stayed here and celebrated my daughters 4th birthday. Love all the anemities! I will be back

I want to thank the owners of this house for taking such great care of their property. The entertainment, kitchen, and beds are all well equipped and comfortable. Lots of room for the kids and adults to play. Every room has their own bathroom! I have rented other houses in the past and been disappointed so, it was awesome to step into this house and know it was worth it. I recommend this house to anyone looking for "the one".

This house lacks nothing, a really comfortable place to hang out. A great layout with plenty of room for privacy when needed. TV's/media everywhere and tons of books and videos. And nicely decorated. Pictures didn't do it justice. A beautiful beach and a great pool. And a convienient location for dining out and exploring. Perfect, would definitely recommend

What an awesome house! First of all the pictures does not due this house any justice. It is amazingly decorated, and the layout is perfect. We really enjoyed having the recreation room with a TV and coach. There is so much wonderful local artwork that hangs on the wall, and tons upon tons of books and games for night time fun or rain days! Two other extremely useful amentities speakers in the pool area and the 1/2 bath that opens to the lower deck with gave us easy access to a bathroon while at the beach or pool! GREAT HOUSE! Would definetly recommend to any one.

We have been vacationing in OBX for a while now and this house was by far the best. All the extras that were not listed in the description really made our stay wonderful. The media system was unbelivable. The only problem is that there is only 5 rooms and we have too many families going this year. I recomend this house to anyone who loves to have a great time. No complaints here!!!

Loved our stay at Tradewinds South. Lots of games, puzzles, movies, toys and books to keep everyone entertained. Elevator and handicapped bathroom was wonderful for my father-in-law. Great views and lots of good memories!

Great house. We just loved it. We had a few housekeeping problems but other than that it was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and we just loved the pool and hot tub. My only complaint was that there is no big screen TV in the game room as the picture shows. That was a bit disappointing to the guys in our family. We therefore had to share the TV upstairs with them.

This is the best house we have stayed in so far. The house layout, the media and all the extras are wonderful. No need to bring sand toys, movies, books or games. The netflix feature was great. The surround sound with Ipod dock was awsome. The only thing is that it only has 5 rooms so we can't stay there this year because more people are coming. I would recommend this house for any family!!!
