With its location in South Nags Head, you'll be away from the busier areas of the Outer Banks, while still being a short driving distance to area attractions, local restaurants and nearby shopping. South Nags Head also offers a multi-use bike path, open beaches and plenty of places to find seashells and sea glass!

Sheets and towels are included for full-week rentals. Please note, sheets and towels will not be provided for 2025, but can be rented for an additional fee.

Overall

Great location with sidewalks along the main road for walking. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Great view from the upper floor! Looks to have been recently painted and decorated with new flooring. Loved the colors. Beds and sofas were great and seemed new. There isn't a walkway to the beach but the dune was small enough that it was no trouble to climb.

The house was perfect! If I had to make a suggestion it would be to add a boardwalk to the beach but we would stay there again regardless! We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Great location and house was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge did take a long time to cool down after we added groceries might be on its way out. Beds were comfy.

Location and main living decor was wonderful. Living areas were wonderful beds were creaky and lumpy and pillows were quite flat. There were not enough wine glasses for a house this size but everything else was great with kitchen.

The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. There needs to be some sort of window blind in the kitchen window . Alrhough the views are spectacular the sun is blinding when trying to prep dinner. The bed coverings for the beds fit poorly on the king beds one of the rooms didn't even have a quilt or comforter over it just a blanket.

Overall this is a great beach house in need of some maintenance. I have stayed in three of your East Surfside beach houses over the years… this one has the best view on the beach...should also warn those with SUV they won’t fit in the parking area under the building…especially those with a roof rack. With the awkward parking on the bend in the road that really limits parking for some. None of these issues warranted us to call for maintenance last week… it was a great week and we survived these minor issues. My comments were made in hopes of making futures stays here more enjoyable. Thanks for your hospitality and professionalism keeping track of us… we will return.

Loved the house. Re-reserved for 2022. The kitchen was fantastic! All furniture was great in bedrooms and living area. The outdoor shower was less inviting than the rest of the spaces.

We really enjoy the house even with some minor inconveniences. Kitchen was very nice. Had everything we needed. Other than one bed being a bit "springy" received nothing but good feedback from family members regarding bed comfort. Living room furniture is generally very comfortable with the possible exception of the whicker. The whicker furniture was fine for short periods but got uncomfortable the longer you sat in it. Whatever issues we had had to do with availability of service or condition of door locks. Of the four TV sets in the house I had to spend time with each one to get them working. I was never able to get the one in the master bedroom to power-on. To Sun Realty's credit you did a good job of hooking me up with Spectrum cable to correct that issue.

Lovely Oceanfront Home

Overall

Although it was not a swimming week (red flags every day with rip currents and high winds) the fact that we had a lovely view of the ocean made not getting to the beach a little more palatable. The kitchen was very well equipped the furniture very comfortable and the TV appropriately large (all important to our family!). Sun's touchless check-in/check-out in the age of COVID was very nice. Thank you for a lovely week!

This house is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in the Outer Banks and we have been renting for over 30 years. It is decorated beautifully. The views are awesome and it is in the perfect uncrowded location. We were unsure about vacationing during Covid but the cleaning crew for Sun Realty had the house spotless. I wish it could be that clean every year. It was a perfect week. Thank you Sun Realty and to the owners for putting in new flooring in the downstairs. We will be back next year and we can’t wait to see what upgrades you do next!

Unbeatable View!

Overall

This house was comfortable for 4 adults and 5 teens/young adults. The top level is spacious with sufficient room and seating for everyone to be together for meals and games. The kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker crock pot and nearly anything you might need. The house is literally on the beach. You don't even have to go outside to see the ocean. I would rent this house again for the views convenience to the beach and shopping/restaurants. It's important to note that the driveway is small and packed with sand. It can accommodate 3 vehicles if 1 is parked under the house. Otherwise you will be blocking the shared driveway to the house next door. The layout is not exactly as described in the listing. Mid-Level: The queen bedroom and king bedroom share a bathroom (the views from the Queen bed can't be beat!). The bunk bedroom (4 bunks) shares a bathroom with the full bedroom. The top level has the living dining and kitchen areas are on this floor as well as a king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the level. My only recommendation would be to remove the carpet from the lower level since you can't help but track sand in each time you enter the home. Plus with it being a pet-friendly house it should reduce allergens. Overall we were really pleased with this unit and would consider returning.

Overall

Kapadia is such a nice house. It’s not the newest one on the beach but it’s probably got the best view. They’ve removed the carpet upstairs and replaced it with wood laminate so it feels much cleaner since it is a pet friendly house. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is more than adequate. We had a couple of maintenance issues come up but someone was there practically before we’d finished reporting them. Our one suggestion is for better lighting on the outside steps which we understand the owner must approve. We had a great week and hope to come back again next year.
