Welcome to Front Row Seats Too in South Nags Head! Completely relax with nothing but incredible ocean views from this oceanfront home at milepost 17.5 in South Nags Head. Enjoy a peaceful sunrise with your morning coffee on the large, furnished sundeck. The ocean side of the house is enclosed in glass for panoramic views of the Atlantic. This home offers its own private beach access. Just walk down the steps from your deck and set up your beach gear, and you’re there!

After your day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and head out to one of the many OBX attractions close at hand, including Jennette’s fishing pier, scenic bike trails, great restaurants, outlet shopping, the Adventure Park, jet skiing and much more.

Overall

The views in this house are amazing!! We didn’t get to use the deck much because of the high winds the week we were there but its just the nicest view you could ever have. Could have used a latch on the screen door due to the winds as it banged constantly. House is very well stocked and we love staying here!! Thank you to the homeowner for improving the beds it made the stay much more enjoyable!!

This home has everything we needed and wanted. This is a wonderful location close to restaurants on a private street so its quiet beautiful views we have really enjoyed this house. They must have done some type of repair to the queen bed it was very comfortable this time! Just the right size for us and we have already asked to rent it for 2024!

Great for a small family. Perfect location. Great deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. No dishwasher but not a big deal. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer are under the house which was a little difficult but not bad.

Cozy and comfy the round house is. Just overall a pleasure to stay in. Twin beds super noisy. Comfy but noisy. The kitchen had good stuff. Love how you can turn and bend over in the bathrooms.

Great oceanfront house! Queen/Double mattress was lower at head and feet higher - soft but out of wack. Other than mattress Bedrooms and Living Areas were good.

This was a great house overall. Excellent location. Loved the large deck steps from the beach. The kitchen has nice cookware and dishes. No dishwasher but we knew this upfront and it wasn't a big deal. The mattress on the queen bed was not great (really really soft and saggy) everything else was quite nice :)

The overall house could use some updating but we knew this when we booked and was perfect for us…and the view is absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable.

Loved loved the location! Would like to know more history about the house. Will be booking again for next year! Loved the colors and counter top in the kitchen. Main bedroom mattress seemed uneven. Felt like our feet were higher than our heads. Twin beds in other bedroom very noisy. The AC unit very loud when running.

We come back to this home because of the location. You can't beat being right on the beach. The house itself isn't great but the location and view are wonderful. Sofas were comfortable but the beds were not. Need to upgrade bathrooms and queen bed. The kitchen had most things we needed.

We loved the house & perfect location and we plan on staying there again next year. Everything was great except for the washer and dryer location needs a brighter light at door. Beds creak ALOT but are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed.

This house has a awesome view! The full length picture windows were perfect for those days when the weather prohibited outside beach activities. The wrap around deck added to the enjoyment of the ocean views. All beds and sofas were adequate. Amenities were adequate. The house itself is rather dated and could use some reorganization but over it all the view and location are worth your stay!

This cozy little house was perfect for our family of three plus our German Shepherd! It's in a great spot on the beach and has amazing views. It even has a little "front yard" sandy beach area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the beds. The frames creak a lot and the master bed is uneven. The foot of the bed is higher than the head. Even with that issue we would definitely come back!
