Pelican Perch is a casual home with breathtaking ocean and beach views!

The top level great room with huge bay windows overlooking the upper sun deck offers spectacular views. The south-facing en suite has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing area, and a private powder room with a shower and tub.

The mid level entry opens to a cozy den connecting the 3 mid level bedrooms. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level as well. Just across from the laundry area is the spacious hall bath and walk out to the mid level shaded deck. The south bedroom is again a large en suite with a queen bed and all of the space of the top level suite. On the north side are two more queen bedrooms that share the full hall bath.

On the ground level are both of the pyramid bunks, one with a built-in desk and the other with a TV. The game room is in the common area with a full bath, pool table, and bar stools for seating. The game room also walks out to the private beach access, tenant storage area, and sheltered outside shower.

The convenient location of this vacation home is near local restaurants, shopping and activities. Located at milepost 16.5, Jennette's Pier is just a quick walk away. There is also a private walkway to the beach with dune top deck for easy relaxation.

Pelican Perch does not include sheets and towels. However, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Please note, the fireplace is not for guest use.
