Beachwinds is totally awesome! This well-maintained unique property is located on the oceanside in Hatteras Colony in Salvo. Enter through the screened porch to the great room with hardwood floors. Sundeck access is via the dining area. Very well-equipped kitchen with blender, crockpot, and so much more to make your meal preparation a breeze. Each bedroom and bath is located on opposite ends of the great room. Bedroom one is king master with a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 is a master with a queen master with a stall shower and laundry facilities. The game room features a Foosball table and flip game table to include pool and air hockey!
Please note, sheets and towels are not provided, however you can rent them through Sun Realty, or you can bring your own with you. Set sail with Beachwinds to guide your next vacation!

you won’t be disappointed
If you’re looking for a smaller pet-friendly house, you won’t be disappointed. Having two master bedrooms bookending the living space made the home feel very roomy. The ramp got a lot of use!!! Much easier to haul the heavy things and cooler via ramp. And it was easier for our dog to go in/out. The front screened porch and gated back deck were used a lot too!! Kitchen had all the main things we needed for our stay. Noticeably missing were tongs and a measuring cup for liquids. Loved the extras we found in pantry (spices, trash bags, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, etc). Loved having a working ice maker!! King bed was perfect. Queen was ok. Sofa was comfy but since it’s a small space and not all of us could use it.

We loved the beach house. The kitchen was perfect! Everything we needed was there. The ramp was a nice touch and the size of the home was perfect for my husband and me. We were very pleased that it was also pet friendly.

perfectly comfortable home
Although we really liked the house and the "extras" like pet supplies and the game room, we would not likely stay at this house again simply due to the distance to the beach. Having never visited the Outer Banks before this trip, we just assumed that being on the ocean side would mean proximity to the beach. We just found the walk to be a little further than is our preference. If this house were closer to the beach, we would definitely choose it again as it was perfectly comfortable for our family of four and our dog!

Great Beach House!
Excellent place to stay. Very dog friendly. Love the new ramp that was built off the back deck. Sunroom is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Well equipped and well kept. Highly recommend!

We love this house so much. The wicker sofa is cute, but not so comfy to lounge on. That being said, I am not complaining! We loved seeing the Keurig this year! Thank you!

This was the best house yet we rented!!!! Beds were perfect!! First time his back did not hurt. Kitchen was perfect. This house was perfect.

This kitchen was well equipped. This was our 5th time staying at Beachwinds. We love this house. We have a small family so it's everything we need. It's cozy and always gives us a great beach experience.

Great house. Love staying there. In a great area close to beach and quiet. Everything was nice. Kitchen has everything you need. Living room furniture is nice but mattresses could use an update.
