The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a Keurig Coffee brewer for your convenience. The country-hewn dining room table is sturdy and spacious. Ocean Thirteen offers custom living room furniture with rope lamps, large television, and a nautical feel. The queen bedroom faces the west side of this stunning condo and offers the pleasure of a sunset view, a flat screen television, and an adjoining full bath to the common area. The king en suite with private bath also includes a private entrance to the oceanfront deck and a flat screen television. A high efficiency washer and dryer are in the hall closet. Sheets and towels provided.

Additional features include wireless internet, a boardwalk to the beach, community charcoal grill area, picnic tables, enclosed outdoor showers, locked outdoor storage, books, and games. Splash in the community pool. Guests should bring their own chairs to the pool as lounge chairs will not be provided.

Please only use designated paths to access the beach and do not sit or walk on the dunes. Due to beach erosion and changing tides on Hatteras Island, the Resort Rodanthe beach access may at times be inaccessible. Other nearby beach accesses include the Rodanthe Public Beach Access, offering 97 parking spaces, a bathhouse, outdoor showers, picnic tables, and an ADA compliant boardwalk to the dunetop gazebo, the Rodanthe Pier, offering beach access parking for $15/day, and the Salvo Day Use Area, offering a soundfront beach with a bathhouse, outdoor showers, picnic tables and a kayak launch.
