This one-level, four-bedroom, floorplan makes is easy to enjoy lots of family time after a relaxing day on the beach. Cook your catch on the outdoor charcoal grill or eat inside still enjoying the relaxing ocean view with family. With two bedrooms on each side of the main living area, it is easy to slip away to any of the four bedrooms to watch your favorite television show or read a good book in the quietness.

great beach experience
Location, location, location! This house gave us a great beach experience, we only left the property a few times for dinner at Neptunes where the fried scallops and shrimp tacos were the best in Rodanthe!

Loved the house!! The kitchen was good. Fridge with an ice maker would be nice. Beds were very comfortable.

absolutely amazing view
The view and location were absolutely amazing!! The house definitely has some maintenance issues, but because of it's location right on the beach, we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen probably needs more cookware and utensils, but since I don't cook on vacation, it was fine for me. Also - I sincerely appreciate the owners of the property allowing pets.

best views every morning
Loved this house and the gorgeous location overlooking the Rodanthe coastline! Best views each and every morning! Would definitely return, even with some of the oddities of this house. We very much enjoyed our stay at Leeward and would defiantly consider returning in the hopefully near future!

nice house
The home was well supplied with amenities. The kitchen was nice and well equipped with what was needed. The king size bed was nice and big, but unfortunately we felt it hard as a park bench and were unable to sleep on it. The house overall was nice.

Best views n location in Rodanthe. If you're looking for fancy this is not the place for you but if u are looking for a cozy beach cottage this is it. 360 degree ocean views from the spacious deck. Ocean views from all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Sit in the hot tub n take in the ocean views. The sunrisesare amazing. Our family absolutely loved this house n have already booked it for next year. Can't wait to come back here!
