Fantastic house, fantastic location! Our favorite house in all the years we have been going to OBX. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed! Beds 4 stars, other areas 5 stars! When we go back in a couple of years this is the house we are renting! Thank you again!!!!

beautiful home
This is our second season & plan to return in June next year instead of August because of new school schedule. Hope the rates aren’t tooo high. Beautiful home, well stocked. The kitchen is very organized & well stocked. All beds & living area were comfortable. It would be wonderful to have some shade in the back with a more workable outdoor shower. Would love to have another bunk in the bunk room. Thank u for sharing ur beautiful home.

Great house
This house was fantastic! It was very well taken care of with many updates - couches and beds all seemed like new and all the rooms were very spacious. Things were clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Our one complaint was the lack of lounge chairs outside by the pool, and it could use some better seating on the decks. All they had were cheap plastic upright chairs. The location was great - beach access was about 4 houses down and a quick walk. Hot tub and pool were good. Overall a fantastic stay and I would recommend this house, just suggest the owners invest in more seating (a hammock would be great!)

Great Vacation
This was a pristine vacation house. We loved the decks. Stayed here with friends, all the amenities, that you would want on vacation. The backyard could use more comfortable outside furniture, but the pool was nice. The weather was perfect. See you next year.

Great Home - Great Vacation
The house is wonderful and as shown in the pictures (with exception of chaise lounges by the pool). Very well maintained and right across the street from the beach! There were a couple of very minor items that needed attention but were immediately remedied by the realty company and they followed up to ensure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. This was a family vacation and there was room for all of us. Great vacation week and lots of memories. We miss it!!

Family Vacation
The house was just as it showed in the pictures. The owner & Sun Realty did a wonderful job in & out. We would definitely stay again & recommend the house to others. It was so nice to arrive and not worry about anything. Our sons & their families want to make this a yearly family vacation tradition.

1st Time in OBX
This was our first trip to OBX and we will definitely be returning next year! This was a Beautiful home, with everything you could want for a great stay. We were the first to stay here as it was a newly constructed home and we felt very privileged. Sun Realty was very helpful with all our questions and responded very quickly to our calls. We had a few minor issues in the house but that was understandable since it was just finished the day we moved in. Still had a few bugs to work out. We were really sad to leave on Saturday,mn really wishing we had the house for another week. Would recommend this home and Sun Realty for a very enjoyable vacation!!
