Sun-sational is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with direct beach access just 100 yards away and complete with a private hot tub and access to the community pool.
This home also features wireless internet, and a game room with a pool table, TV, and wet bar area. As an added convenience, hotel hair dryers are also located in all of the bathrooms!
Outside features: 2 charcoal grills (one park style and one portable), perfect for cooking up lunch or dinner for the entire family all at once; and a horseshoe pit for a little friendly competition!
Located at milepost 14 in Nags Head, this home is in a great location close to family-friendly attractions, appetizing and unique beach cuisine, and excellent shopping. Outlets Nags Head are only a couple miles down the road as well as traditional beach shops, surf shops, boutiques, and resort wear shops.
Jockey’s Ridge State Park is also only a couple miles down the road, a must-do/must-see while on your family vacation. nice for the price
It was nice for the price! Kitchen needs more cabinet space and beds were a little worn out.

spacious and comfortable
Really could not pick a better location. This home was very spacious and comfortable for our families (2 sisters traveling with our combined 5 kids on a cousins vacation). The overall decor is dated but who really cares? The kids were comfortable, we had lots of space and the house is central to other OBX locations and within a nice driving distance to Manteo and Pea Island etc. Lots to do. Barely a 3 minute walk to the beach. Pool was great. Hot tub was a bonus. We would love to visit again.

loved everything
We love everything about this house. We found the kitchen functional and well equipped and especially loved the multiple eating areas and tables so we could play board games and eat at the same time. Bedding and living spaces were very comfortable. The pool was not open as we had expected. We had paid extra to have pool access so we’re disappointed. Sun Realty was kind to offer access to Beach Club amenities but unfortunately I did not receive the phone message with that offering until after leaving the beach due to a glitch in my phone, so we could not take advantage of that opportunity. Our family really loved having the pool table though!!!

Nice property
Overall we had a very nice stay in mid-September at Sun-Sational. Positives - spacious house, great location - very close to beach access, loved the upper deck with both covered and uncovered space. Negatives -no broom to clean up small messes, couldn’t get into the house until nearly 6pm and yet still had to check out at 9am, the community pool was very cold and appeared to be neglected and dirty. Would still recommend staying there, just temper your expectations

Comfortable home. Favorite area was the covered deck off of the dining area. Kitchen pans are worn and need to be replaced. Need more coffee mugs. Bedroom with king, bed makes a lot of noise.

Great Place in Nags Head
First time renting in OBX and this place was a great choice! The home was spotless and had everything needed for a great stay. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and still had plenty of room. Home was very clean, up-to-date and spacious. Was very close to the beach (5 min walk), grocery store, restaurants, Dowdy park playground, rec activities (mini golf, go-karts adventure land) and Wright Bros. memorial and more. The pool in the neighborhood was close by and nice to have as well on non-beach days. Would definitely recommend!

Love this home!
Our family has stayed here twice. Just about perfect for our needs with three children under 15, grandparents, and friends. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Love the community pool and easy beach access. Great to have a pool table, horseshoes (although we were disappointed basketball goal in description was no longer there). Nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for serving a family. Some minor fixes are needed (a couple of cabinet doors are peeling as is one of the sliding glass doors), but it's a great place.
