Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in the Dolphin Run community within the Village of Nags Head, this lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home offers many amenities, including a hot tub on the open deck making for a relaxing evening of stargazing, 5 HDTVs for movie nights, comfortable living room furniture, and more.

Guests will also enjoy a complimentary membership to the Village Beach Club, within walking distance to Finally Ours, with access to the community pool and tennis courts, snack bar, beach access, and more.

The community pool is generally open from early May through September. Please note that the community pool is open on weekends only until mid-May and again in mid-September through closing.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals! No pets, please.

Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 8. All of the beds and sofas were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy accessibility to many OBX attractions.

"Finally Ours" is everything we want and need: location location location and very comfy beds! It is the only place I would want to stay. Awesome Home! It's location is also extremely convenient, has quick beach access and the cul-de-sac "neighbors" are always friendly.

This our third time staying here. The property location is excellent! We most enjoy the convenience to the beach and other local activities while staying here. The master bed is lumpy and the comforters are thin but the kitchen is good.

Lovely location & cute house

Lovely location! This was a cute house and so close to the beach and pool which we loved. We loved that it was only a short walk! All beds were very comfy! However when we first came in, the comforters on the beds on the bottom floor had sand on them so I had to clean them and shake them out. New cutlery and better cutting boards was needed in the kitchen. Also we did find small ants under and around the refrigerator towards the end of the week. We cleaned daily so this was disappointing to find. It's a nice house, maybe just not for us. We have small children so this house was a little tough for us with the open deck stairs, indoor stairs, open books shelves, many wires and low TV.

Perfect location! We most enjoyed the location of this home and it was a most enjoyable stay here! All the beds and living room furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Everything was very nice in the living spaces and bedrooms. We could have used an empty kitchen cabinet for our groceries and would have loved an air fryer as well. Also, there is a tree in the driveway that needs to be cut back, we kept hitting a branch with our car mirror. The location of this home to beach access was very nice also! We loved the property location and plan to stay again. Sun Realty was very accommodating for our stay.

Fun Vacation

This is a comfortable house. We had a great time in Nags Head. Only real complaint was about recycling. No blue can and no idea when pick up was. Otherwise we had fun!

Great location! The space is very accommodating for two families. The kitchen was updated and everything worked well. Twin beds were very thin you could feel the springs.

This house was great. Kitchen was good. Hot tub was awesome bonus. Beds weren’t super comfy. Bedframes very creaky and need replacement.

Great amenities we loved our stay. The deck was oddly only half painted and a little rough bit otherwise it had everything we needed. The open layout of the main floor was perfect! Nice open space all appliances worked great and were clean and new. This was such an enjoyable stay! It was our first family vacation with our 1 year old and was the perfect space. We would definitely come back!
