Start your day with sunrise views on the private oceanfront deck while sipping on a cup of coffee. Relax by the community pool with large decks and lounge chairs, or sit by the sea and watch the waves roll in. Convenient community beach access is only 100' away, making trips back and forth throughout the day a breeze! There's entertainment for everyone with TVs in both bedrooms.

In 2024, the community pool was open from May 4th - September 29th. Opening and closing dates for 2025 will be provided when made available by the HOA.

Overall

This was a great condo! All beds and furniture were comfy but the kitchen utensils cookware dishes was very limited.

Overall

This was a fabulous condo. We loved the elevator since we're in our 70's and we could not have climbed the stairs esp. with luggage. Beach access and the lovely pool were perfect!! We wish to thank Maria for helping us book this condo. It was the best on the beach and we'd definitely stay there again. All the reg. agents were helpful pleasant and very nice to work with.

Overall

ADV is is nice facility unit 2B could use some updating and a few more utensils and cookware. The second bedroom had a musty odor. These couple of negative issues did not effect the total overall enjoyment of our vacation

Great vacation property. We had a great vacation! The property was fabulous & very well equipped. Bed & sofa were very comfortable. We would have liked a later checkout on our last day.

Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified.
