most adorable place to stay
I loved the fact that this has the feel of a "Nagshead" cottage with an updated flair that made it the most adorable place to stay. The deck at this property makes it all the more attractive. The kitchen had every single thing that we needed or could have used. There was more than enough room in all of the bedrooms for our group which included two children. I paid for linen service and I must say that all linens were ready and the towels were on site when we arrived.

wonderful house
This house is wonderful and is the perfect size for our family. Home has everything you need.! The kitchen is updated and includes everything you need to prepare meals. The beds and sofa are comfortable. We had to do some clean up after the storm, but it was all worth it. We would like to thank the Sun Realty Team for their quick response to an issue we had during our stay. Disappointed that the dates we stay at Luckie Tides are already booked for next year.

Ah-Maz-Ing!!!
Hands down, the best dune deck on the beach! Cute house with great amenities and a perfect location for some great food options when we decide not to cook. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. It is the perfect size for myself, my spouse, and our fur baby, with plenty of room to spare. We visit 2x/year and book this home because it is so well maintained. You can tell the homeowners take great pride in their little piece of paradise on the beach!!!

Great house on the beach- the screened porch was a great place to relax! The beds were great! The mermaid mugs are not dishwasher or microwave safe- I hand washed but would be nice to have mugs that can go into the dishwasher and microwave.

We adore this house so much!! We’ve rented it multiple times! It’s very cute and cozy! The dune deck is amazing!!! The bedding and living area was super comfy. The kitchen was very clean and we had everything we needed!

house is great
The kitchen was fabulous. All beds are comfy. This house is great, however, there is a concern with all of the traffic of people entering and exiting right beside the house. It is NOT a public access which is one of the many reasons we love this home. There needs to be a private property, no public access sign posted and the fence needs to be repaired to stop this from happening. We pay to NOT be directly beside a public access but with no signs to stay out and the fence not repaired, this is now a public access

great house in the prefect location
This is a great house in the prefect location. Have stayed here multiple times and have already deposited for next summer, same week. Basically the amenities for the home are perfect. The only improvement would be a hot tub or pool. I don’t think that is possible with the size and location of the property. Sofa is very comfortable . I would rate the beds a 4 out of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Highly enjoyed the house and location. Well equipped kitchen. Mattress quality could be improved! Queen was very firm! King sagged a bit in the middle. We cleaned the screens and LR windows when we arrived so we could see & Enjoy the view!

Overall great house with a nice walkout to the sun deck then to the beach! Loved it all. While we tend to cook more with a gas range/stove this kitchen was great. No real need for anything else. Mattresses could use updating and sofa cushions could be replaced for more comfort. Very nice for us as a couple for the week. Might be a tad tight quarters for 4+ adults and kids. Access to everything else we wanted to do in the area. We were happy in the big scheme of things.

very nice cottage
This is a very nice cottage on the oceanfront. The beds and sofas were fine. If you don't know how a Roku TV works good luck watching something you like. There needs to be some written instructions on how the Roku TV operates. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay except the frig was not equipped to make ice. We had to buy ice by the bag, this was the first time I have every seen a frig that could not make ice, no ice maker or ice trays.
