perfect for beach access
The location is perfect for beach access, sunrises, and looking at the ocean. The very best thing about this home is the wraparound deck and the view.

we love
We love this little beach house that sits right on the beach. We were there for two weeks this year and plan to return next year for two weeks as well. We already reserved it!!!!! The view from this home is unbelievable--enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets. The high deck chairs are great as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen table was a bit "rough" looking and was a tight fit with the new chairs. The new sofa cushions were a welcome relief.

Great location and deck. Kitchen is well equipped. Needs sharp knives and tongs. Sofas could use an upgrade.

Great location close to ocean 50ft. Will hopefully rent same cottage next year. Needs washer and dryer, could be a little cleaner, but under stand the shortage of worker. Beds were ok.

The master bedroom mattress was horrible, but they actually replaced it while we were there. The other bedroom with the double bed squeaks as well. The large burner did not work The oven heating element broke--they came the same day to repair it Everything else in the kitchen was fine. Even with the above comments, we loved the house. The deck was the best and the chairs were awesome!!! Our dog loved laying on the deck and we didn't have to worry about him getting out. The outside cabaña was great as well, We had to leave three days early as my mother was admitted to the hospital with a heart attack and breathing issues.

location is perfect
The location of this home is perfect. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was great, fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The house was great only issues was not very cool even with AC. But sun realty came to the rescue installing window units to make our stay more comfortable.

amazing view
the location can not be beat! it was amazing location and amazing view from the deck! would stay again due to location to the beach and town activities! the mattress in the main bedroom (queen) was awful and the headboard seems needs to be tightened every move made seemed it was loose. the cushions on the main couches were very thin and worn - could use an update. kitchen items need added/updated - there was no cookie/pizza pans, no liquid measuring cup, both toasters were not working properly (both were smoking and set off the fire alarm)

Loved the house and the proximity to the ocean! The kitchen had everything we could need minus a baking sheet pan (like a cookie sheet…) Beds were comfy - but sorta hard. Personal preference.
