Find your home away from home at Coastal Condo, located in the Sun Dune Village complex in Kill Devil Hills. This quaint condo is just a short walk to the beach. In season, relax by the pool and sun on the decks. Centrally located to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy a 40" LCD TV in the living area, as well as a 32" flat screen in the king en suite. Both TVs have Roku devices (cable is available through the Spectrum app) for your viewing pleasure. This property has new flooring and furniture in the living, dining, and kitchen areas and still has cozy carpet in the bedrooms for your comfort.

The Sun Dune Village community pool is open from May 18th - September 22nd, 2024. The pool is open from 9 AM to dusk.

For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided for full-week stays. Partial week stays are available in the off-season.

Overall

House was nice in a great location! Even though the kitchen was small it had everything that was needed for the week's stay. Furniture was clean and comfortable.

Overall

Love the home. It’s our 2nd year and everything we mentioned needing updated last year happened! The only downfall is the WIFI is absolutely horrible! We reset things and it made little difference. No problems with the kitchen. They got a new coffee pot which I was super happy about!

Very clean. Well setup. Love the pool. Kitchen has a nice setup. Everything needed to have nice meal. Love the new master bed.

Plan on staying again next year. The kitchen needs more pots and pans and everyday items for cooking/baking. Beds were comfortable as well as the livingroom. The television needs directions as we were not familiar with how to use the streaming service. There was a pending tropical storm while we were there and the internet was not very reliable in the area.

I think it is a great space. Perfect location and very affordable. Beds were comfy! Seating in living room was great. Kitchen lacked a few basics such as a sheet pan tongs liquid measuring cup. We stayed in another condo in Sundune last year which was immaculately furnished but it was also much more expensive. We look forward to staying here again.

Overall

my family stayed at magic obx condo 103 in sundune village . the inside was neat and clean . the pool is a nice addition if you don't want to walk over to the beach . there is also a lot of shops and restaurants that you can walk to . we also love going down to the aquarium in Manteo. the beach is a block away that is also walking distance .there is a lot to do down in the outer banks . I recommend coming down and staying for a week and we plan on coming down again because we love it so much .
