As for dining, be sure to experience a local favorite, Mama Kwan’s at milepost 9.5, and try their delicious fish tacos. The beach road also offers an abundance of local eateries, including Jack Brown's Beer and Burger Joint just down the road.

great area
Great house, especially if you have older kids who can handle a longer walk to the beach. We enjoyed upper deck, especially during sunset. Great view of the Wrights Brothers Memorial. Fun listening to live music from the venue next door and it ended promptly at 10. Could use more knives/serving/cooking utensils and serving dishes, if you cook dinner at the house. Busy, but great area.

great location
For the most part, we had what we needed. The house was in a great location. Living space was good. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. It did not chill well; the bottom shelf on door is broken; there is rust on door and grill at bottom; it was propped-up on wood block; and leaked. As for additional cooking utensils -- big knives (cutting watermelon) and spoons -- there were none.

house in great condition
The house was in great condition! Love the decks and live music next store every night! The queen beds were pretty hard but not terrible. Kitchen, there is a lack of larger frying pans but overall pretty good!
