From the top deck you can see the ocean, so be sure to kick back, relax, and take in a beautiful sunrise. Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you’ll be close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant is only a few blocks away and the Stop N Shop, which has everything from a sandwich shop to clothing, is just down the street.
For your convenience, this home has 2 en suites. One has a king bedroom with a sliding glass door that leads out to the midlevel deck. The other is the perfect retreat for the kids with a bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed. The queen bedroom on the top level has access to a full hall bathroom. This home also has a spacious backyard area, perfect for games of catch.
Passes to the Outer Banks YMCA are provided to all guests at Flip Flops 'n' Bikini Tops! Approximately 2.9 miles from this home, the YMCA offers a community outdoor pool, infant wading pool and splash park, as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise machines and classes, and more. Please note that hours and availability are subject to change. For indoor lap swimming, reservations are required and recommended to be made a week in advance. Outdoor swimming also requires reservations due to the limited capacity allowed.

great location
The location was great however could use a deep cleaning. The king bed was very comfortable. The beds in the kids room are too crammed to even try to sleep in. The kitchen was nothing fancy, but it worked.

totally love the location
Additional amenities would be nice but we liked the lower price of this home. We totally love the location of this home!! Worked out perfect for us! The layout worked well for our family of six. We enjoyed the open comfortable living area. Some of the mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade! We have great memories! Thank you to Sun Realty and the homeowner for sharing this spot with us!!

Over the house was great, great location and comfy beds. Some of the kitchen equipment needs updating. Will stay here again.

We loved this home and would stay again in the future. The home had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The mattresses were all worn but not uncomfortable.
