This a great location! Almost directly across the street from 1st Street beach access and 2 blocks away from grocery store. The inside decor could use some updating. The backyard is not usable for yard games. Overall the house had what we needed and fit our group of 7 comfortably. This home has the basics for a beach centered vacation. Outside shower/decks/ hot tub were nice amenities.

The ability of the pool heater to raise the water to the desired temperature may vary based on weather conditions. Extremely cold or windy weather may impact its performance. Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified.
