Overall

I would recommend this condo to anyone. We mostly enjoyed that it’s so lovely and well decorated that it’s like being at home! Great room furniture comfortable and plentiful. Delighted to find a well equipped kitchen. Having an elevator and two king-sized beds is appealing. The location is close to anything and everything. Beach-goers would be delighted to have the ocean practically outside your door. Killer view. It was wonderful to stay in such a lovely, well appointed condo.

Exceptionally well equipped and maintained property! Owners are very gracious with providing high quality furniture, appliances and accoutrements for their guests. Not your average property! Very well equipped kitchen! Thanks for ensuring two different options for coffee service. We like to grind and brew fresh instead of Keurig. Appreciate the option. All bedding and living spaces are very nicely appointed! Excellent location and proximity to the beach. Wonderful view of the oceanfront!

Overall

This was my first time staying in a condo in OBX. While I missed the privacy of a home, this condo was comfortable! I loved being right on the ocean and enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Location is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Extra points for being oceanfront!

This was a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the Keurig coffee maker. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The condo was great, but the elevator was out of service for almost 3 days. Sun Realty was good about keeping us informed. This location is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Very convenient to a lot of things at the beach. We would definitely want to return to this condo. Elevator was very helpful. Kitchen is well equipped and great you have both regular and pod coffee makers. Could use some wine glasses!

We were most pleased with this well appointed condo. We were impressed by everything that was in the kitchen. Happy to have two king beds that were comfortable. The living areas were all to our liking including the porch. There were four of us old folks, and we had plenty of room to sit in comfort. We loved the spaciousness, the furniture, and decor. We were all impressed with the beautiful view and have reservations for this condo next year. Great location!

This place was the perfect size for us. We had a great time. Place had everything we needed. We even played games that were there. Kitchen had everything we needed (oh one minor thing could of used a pizza cutter) No complaints used all 3 beds except the top bunk and everyone said how comfortable the beds were. Sofas and chair were so comfortable too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Aside from a non functioning elevator ( out of anyone's control unfortunately) our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this unit.

All of the beds were comfy! Well equipped kitchen. The plastic containers were a very nice convenience for taking snacks to the beach. This was a great condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are hoping to come back again soon!
