This house was perfect for a couple. Convenient and easy to get in and out. The kitchen was well equipped. Thought the mattress in the main bedroom was a little soft on one side.

Loved this little house
It was amazing! We sat on the deck every night and enjoyed the views of the moon and light on the water. We sat on the deck every morning and watched the sun bring in the day. Got a lot of wonderful pictures and made many memories.

Love this home. Can't wait to visit again next year. Beds were fine. Didn't spend much time in the living room as were were too busy enjoying the deck. The kitchen was fine. We appreciate the new stove. The ice maker in the freezer doesn't work.

cute little house
This really is a cute little house, but needs some attention to small details. A full set of measuring cups and measuring spoons would be nice. The light bulbs in the oven and under microwave need to be replaced. The top shelf of the dishwasher is super hard to pull out and needs to be fixed. I'm not sure how often the box springs and mattresses get replaced, but we felt like it was time. They were okay, but not great. The chair in the living room is super uncomfortable and it would be nice to have something more comfy to relax in in the evening.

adorable house and great location
An adorable house and great location. Very surprised how much room on the beach we had considering we were in a populated area! Getting in and out of the place was tough when the rental beside us had 3 cars in the driveway. With a fresh coat of paint or some of the wood being fixed and this house would be awesome!

This home is a beach bungalow and was perfect for our family of 4. We loved it and hope to be back again soon! Beds were comfy and fell asleep on couch a few nights too lol

Cozy Beach Cottage
The location was awesome, dune was easy to get up and down to beach and every morning by 9:00 we went down and put our chairs and umbrella up to reserve our spot. Since there is a public beach access we wanted to be sure to get our spot before the visitors did!
The covered porch was awesome and was nice to get out of the sun and eat our lunch every day. The cottage inside was very clean and nothing fancy, but just what our family of 3 was looking for. We will definitely be back! Love this little beach cottage!

Perfection
This home was perfect for us. Right on the beach so we never had to set up umbrellas and such...just walked off the deck and jumped in the ocean. The covered deck is excellent - you have complete shade all day with a beautiful view of the ocean. A comfortable home that has all you need, a bit older but well maintained and very cozy. The kitchen is a little sparse on pots, pans, cooking utensils but we needed the one pan made to make our breakfast so all was good - but if you plan on dining in, you may want to pack a good pan. If it wasn't booked already, we would be back there for 2019!! Love the little house, Sandy Beach !!!

Good things do come in small packages!
My wife and I were looking for a smaller home on the beach that was in a convenient location. This house is all of that and more. The house is literally 50 feet from the beach! The rear deck was a great place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee every morning. It is an older home and does not have all of the "fancy" stuff you might find in a newer home, but he home was well maintained and everything functioned as expected. If you are looking for a small place at the beach to get away without the rest of the family, this is the place to stay!

Sandy Beach
We visit OBX in July with kids & grandkids. September is our "alone" trip. This house was perfect for us. We had another couple join us for a few days & they loved it, too. We loved the location; nearby groceries, restaurants, shopping. The view from the picture window & the back deck was amazing! It's great to walk a few steps & be on the beach! It was so perfect for us, that we prereserved it for next year!

No frills, but perfectation
This house was perfect for my wife and I. The house was filled with the basics, but that's all we needed. We enjoyed the back porch and the closeness to the beach. It was relaxing and the views was all we needed. We would def rent this house again.
