This third-floor, oceanfront condo at milepost 7 in Kill Devil Hills is an ideal location for any beach lover. You'll enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the private balcony and a short 50' walk to the beach access. With convenient outside showers, rinsing off the sand from your day on the beach is a breeze. The community pool offers another option to enjoy the sunshine and Carolina blue skies. This vacation destination will prove to be a breath of fresh air for the whole family!

Community pool (15X30) open from 5/3/25-10/5/25 from 9 AM to dusk. Dates may change due to HOA.

Washer/dryer in the community laundry room. Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge. No elevator. No pets please.

The view is amazing. We spend the majority of time on the balcony! This is my fourth time staying. It is never overcrowded on the beach and people are good about keeping noise levels down in the condo building. It makes the vacation a very pleasant relaxing experience. I'm planning on coming back next year!

Oceanfront, nice location! Condo is on 3rd floor, so we did not like all the steps. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped enough. You do need to buy or bring basics like salt and pepper, dishwasher soap, etc.

Great location! The view was great! The weather was awful, but not much you can do about that. The deck area could use some improvement, but it was a nice place. The bed was too hard for me, but that's just me. The kitchen was nice.

Very comfortable lovely decor clean and functional. The balcony was large and well-equipped. Loved the layout plenty of outlets and everything was very clean. The kitchen was a little cramped but well-equipped and well-organized. Could use a new coffee-maker. Appliances all worked well and a sufficient supply of silverware and glasses. Great location. We worried that an inside unit might not have great ocean views but the building is out so far over the dunes that the views were spectacular. The pool is a little small but I used it almost every day and never saw anyone else in it. Access to the beach is fantastic - literally just outside the gate! This place was CLEAN!! Washer/dryers were great - large capacity no extra charge. We will definitely look for this location again. Thank you to the owners and cleaning crew for a beautiful week in OBX!

The home had everything we needed (except an elevator). Beds and couch were comfy! The location of the condo the pool the ocean view and the proximity to the beach are perfect which is why we rented there again.
