Access to the beach couldn't be easier; you only have to walk 50 ft! With the convenience of outside showers to rinse off the sand from your day on the beach and a community pool, this vacation destination will prove to be a breath of fresh air for the whole family!

Community pool (15X30) open from May 6, 2023 - October 1, 2023 from 9 AM to dusk. Dates may change due to HOA.

Washer/dryer in the community laundry room. Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

views were spectacular

Very comfortable, lovely decor, clean and functional. The balcony was large, and well-equipped. Loved the layout, plenty of outlets, and everything was very clean. The kitchen was a little cramped, but well-equipped and well-organized. Could use a new coffee-maker. Appliances all worked well, and a sufficient supply of silverware and glasses. Great location. We worried that an inside unit might not have great ocean views, but the building is out so far over the dunes, that the views were spectacular. The pool is a little small, but I used it almost every day, and never saw anyone else in it. Access to the beach is fantastic - literally just outside the gate! This place was CLEAN!! Washer/dryers were great - large capacity, no extra charge. We will definitely look for this location again. Thank you to the owners and cleaning crew for a beautiful week in OBX!

The home had everything we needed (except an elevator). Beds and couch were comfy! The location of the condo, the pool, the ocean view, and the proximity to the beach are perfect, which is why we rented there again.

Great location

We liked it a lot. The view was phenomenal. The musty smell which is probably pretty common with older water front property was easily remedied by Glade Plug Ins. It would be super to have access to the mechanical cargo lift that was on lock down for owner use only. There’s no elevator as noted. For us, walking up and down three flights of stairs in an of itself wasn’t a big deal but lugging cargo up and down on foot was tiring. We left the beach gear in our vehicle instead of hauling it up and down. The front door lock is worn out and should be replaced. It’s an easy inexpensive fix. There was plenty of plates, glasses and utensils. Some of the cookware was a bit banged up but no worse than what I’m used to seeing in most vacation rentals. We always bring our own frying pan from home. Really, if you can, instead of cooking in house, visit the area restaurants. They are all fantastic. Other than that we found it to be clean, comfortable and in good order. After looking at several properties we found the price to be very competitive. We would go back.
