overall nice

The house could use some up grades, but overall nice. The beds were fine. The living area was also comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had very thing we needed.

Sand in the driveway.

A very nice house for the price, we stay here every year. The only bad thing is sand in the driveway. You have to wade though sand to and from the house, AND I MEAN WADE. You have sand in the house and sand in your car. Other houses have clean driveways. Is there a reason for this ?

memories

Considering the age and price of this home, it is a steal for a week in the middle of summer right on the water. This home had the amenities listed in the description. I would do something to widen and concrete in more of the driveway. The beds were comfy. The sofas were not comfy honestly. But it's an older home. I stayed there as a child. Brought back memories.
