This beautifully decorated soundfront/semi-oceanfront condo with ocean and sound views offers the best of both worlds. A shared soundside dock for the Sea Whisper condos provides direct water access. With sound and ocean access this condo is perfect for kayaks, canoes, windsurfing, and kiteboarders. Fishers will appreciate the community fish cleaning table to prep their catch for dinner. A community picnic area with charcoal grill is the perfect outdoor gathering spot.

Lucky Leven is conveniently located in Hatteras Village, soundfront but directly across the street from the beach. It’s just a few minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, grocery store, boat ramps and docks, the Ocracoke ferry terminal, and charter boat fishing. Sunset views from the soundfront deck will have you wanting to stay here again and again.

This is a 2nd-floor unit.

For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided for full-week stays.

Overall

We love the location of this condo with sound and ocean access. Have stayed here before many times. Everything was ok in the kitchen. Sofa is great, upstairs beds a little too soft. The construction going on next door although was a downer, it was very noise because of construction and loud music from the construction side, not what we expect from a beach vacation.

We loved the condo! Have been to Sea Whisper many times and this is one of our favorite condos. We most enjoyed the convenience to the sound and ocean. Very comfortable and the renovations look great! The beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Had pretty much everything we needed. Perfect location. Cant wait to return!

This condo was great! Beds and sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Stove is a bit small but worked out fine. The location is a perfect spot between ocean and sound.

Very comfortable bed and living areas. Kitchen was adorable and well stocked. I wish the beach access was marked better, I constantly saw people climbing the dunes. But the condo & location are amazing! I think the location is absolutely perfect! Close to Hatteras, Buxton, & Frisco

This was a great condo, it had everything we needed. All beds and sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was completely satisfactory. Having the views of both the sound and the ocean is such a bonus!

This condo is by far one of the best places we’ve rented. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of good quality cookware and utensils by Pampered Chef. (One of my favorite brands) Everything throughout the condo is in excellent condition comfortable and clean. This is an upstairs unit so if you have trouble with stairs or carrying your luggage groceries etc. up two flights of stairs you might want to reconsider this unit. Access to the beach and sound is easy.

New king bed is very comfortable! Well equipped for a small kitchen. We have stayed at this condo three times so obviously we like it. The downstairs (master) shower had almost zero water pressure. After trying for a couple of days we just took showers upstairs where the water pressure was fine. Don’t know if it’s just the shower head or what but it was not this way for our previous stays. After a day at the beach with sunscreen and salt water good water pressure is a must. Thank you

This condo is such a great place! Beautifully decorated clean comfortable - and just as advertised in the photos. Beautiful views of the sound right from the back deck & a very short walk across the roadway to the beach. Perfect location. It had everything we needed (and more) for a relaxing fall getaway to OBX. We would definitely rent here again the next time we come to Hatteras.

View was nice. Stairs to the loft were tricky to maneuver. Not everything was in working order. The kitchen stove top was small and burners did not work correctly. Beds and sofa were comfortable.

Love the Sea Whispers Condos

Overall

The Sea Whispers condos have been our "goto" destination over last few years. Lucky Leven was the 4th condo we stayed in. The Condo was very clean and to our standards. There were perhaps two maintenance issues and we called Sun Reality and they immediately resolved. The deck furniture was very nice and comfortable. There was a massive video collection but fortunately for us the weather was perfect so we spent most of the time outside. The only down side of this unit was the lack of cook-ware assortment available in compared with other SW condos we stayed at. We will definitely rent this unit again no issues there. We found check-in and checkout to be painless and would also recommend Sun Reality.

Overall

This is the perfect beach getaway! The condo is awesome with a great location. Not only can you wake up to the beautiful views it’s a very short walk to be on the beach and playing in the waves! I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing location! I’ll definitely be coming back :)
