great house
Great house! Amenities were great! We really liked this property and can tell the owners have thought things through well for guests. The kitchen had all we needed. In general beds were fine. Would prefer a little firmer in the back left room (queen). But that can just be personal preference.

we loved
We loved renting this house. Wanted to rent it again next year, but the owner's will be using it. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a little difficult to empty the dishwasher and put away dishes and glasses while the dishwasher door is open, but not a big problem. Most of the beds were comfortable. one twin bed wasn't too comfortable in the room with the two twin beds

This house had everything! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Great house, well kept. Loved the hot tub and the night lights. Good locaton.

easy walk to beach
The location of this house is great - easy walk to the beach and very accessible (walk, bike, drive) to the town of Duck. Surprisingly quiet. The beds were average at best. The living area was comfortable but could benefit from a more sturdy game table and more substantial chairs than the director's chairs. The outdoor furniture was nice and we were really appreciate how many chairs there were for the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pans and equipment. The stove is old, but it works well. Items seem to be kind of stuffed or thrown into the cabinets - it's a little disorganized. An island with some stools or bar/bench would add more storage and casual seating.

Great House
This house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The open layout gave it a roomy yet cozy feel. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition. The walk to the beach was quick and the pool was just around the corner. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great OBX Vacation Spot
The Duck Haven house located on E. Tuckahoe Drive is the perfect family vacation spot. Close to everything!! 6 houses from the beach, and a short walk into town.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 8 - 10). The new kitchen is a big bonus, and the upper deck has a distant view of the ocean. The house has access to a community pool, tennis court, and a dock for sunsets on the bay.
Perfect for two families and reasonably priced for a single family.
