OCD-187 is in close proximity to OCD-189 and OCD-17 to accommodate larger family gatherings.

Love this home! Amazing location. It's so close to the beach! The dishwasher may be on its last legs, but it works. We only need more kitchen towels :)

We have stayed at this house before. It is a great value for the location. It's extremely close to the beach! All beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for our family. The dishwasher was a little challenging to unload because of its location near the corner.

Second time we've rented this house . We love the location and covered porch. Great location and the covered porch is so relaxing! The beds and living spaces are comfy. The kitchen could use another pantry cabinet - had to store dry goods on the counter, but that wouldn't prevent us from renting this house again. Loved the Sun Realty pouches with laundry and dish pods - would recommend making sure there are coffee filter in the first week (we left the ones we bought).

Coming back next year!!! The bedding and living spaces are awesome. Everything was fine with the kitchen. Only the trash can was broken and there’s no recycle bin.

Good location to the beach and the main level was nice for us. We can deal with the other stuff. The mattresses were squeaky and not very comfortable but the kitchen was well equipped.

We really enjoyed the size of the living area and the master bedroom. Other bedrooms were a bit tight but furniture was comfortable overall. Most importantly kitchen was VERY CLEAN. Appliances all worked well and there were plenty of supplies. This is our third stay in Duck and our first time with Sun Realty at this rental. While it could use some minor general maintenance (especially the sliding doors... we had to clean them to get them to open smoothly!) it offers a great combination of layout cleanliness and LOCATION. We had a great week with no major issues and plan to rent again. Also check-in and check-out was smooth and timely. Thank you.
