spacious & beautiful layout
This house was roomy, beautiful layout, and nicely decorated! Furniture and decorations were very well done, not the tacky beachy knick-knacks. Very spacious! Large TVs, even in the bedrooms. The game room was awesome and provided a lot of entertainment! The kitchen was huge and well equipped! And the POOL….ahhh, large and beautiful!!!

We loved the pool and hot tub. Was great after the beach. Beds were comfy and the house was spacious. The freezer was not freezing which prevented us from buying everything we needed. Wasn’t fixed until midweek.

Kitchen was well equipped. All beds were comfortable. This house was great! My only complaint would be the grill is old and rusted out and would not light. A new grill at this property would be great.

well maintained
The house is well equipped for a large group of vacationers. The beds were a bit firm; other than that everything was comfortable. The house was newer and well maintained. It has pretty much everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. I would consider staying here again whenever my next trip to OBX might be. Thank you.

Great Home for Large Families!
Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone! Very clean. Fixtures and cabinetry throughout are all new. Cooking utensils and knives are very basic stock, but adequate. House is a bit of a walk from the beach, but renting a golf cart to get to and fro is very useful, although they are pricey. Pool, pool chairs, and hot tub are very nice. Lots of great deck space! Be aware there are no beach chairs or pool toys, so bring your own. Outside speakers were a big hit once we figured out how to use them! If you choose to use the linen service, you might want to bring a few extra bath towels and for sure some dish towels. Only two (not big enough for a big person) towels were provided in each bathroom. Close to Scarborough Faire shopping!

Vacation Migration - Highly Recommend!!!
What a great house in a great location! You can walk right into Duck for ice cream, dinner, shopping, etc. Some of us took bicycles and a buggy to cart little kids & beach stuff (highly recommend) and others just walked to the beach. It's a bit of a walk, so i'd recommend taking a wagon or something to carry your stuff. We had 3 couples and four kids and plenty of space. We loved the 3 king master bedrooms. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, and rec room were such a nice addition to the house. There was a ping pong and foosball table. We all would definitely stay here again! Also, we went to the new H2OBX water park for a day and had a blast!

Great house - everything brand new! Great location (slightly far to beach but definitely walkable). Close to town of Duck and all the shops/restaurants/bike trail. Really great area to stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated so nice. All the beds were very comfortable as well. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family to enjoy after a great day on the beach. Can't wait to go back to this home again!
