Overall

Perfect location: close to the beach and to town. This was a great house! Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms, fantastic location, appreciate the light switches are labeled (as well as where to store things in the kitchen), beautiful yard with plenty of trees, many cute gathering areas (decks, patio/backyard, living room) All beds and seating options were very comfortable. This home had everything we needed!

Short walk to the beach and to downtown Duck. Hard to beat the location of this house! It’s on a beautiful quiet street too. The wooded property, landscaping, grill, and outdoor seating were wonderful! It really added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well equipped, and overall worked very well for us! The house had just about everything needed for a week at the beach. The included linens were nice too!

For us this was a great location! Walking distance to both the beach and shops! Definitely recommend home and would stay again. Bedding and Living spaces were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

So close to Duck and the ocean! Bedding and living areas are adequate area for 6-8 people…nice porch and upper deck. Kitchen had all we needed.

Love the live oaks and landscaping - this is the most beautiful property we've seen in Duck and we've been visiting for seven years. Whoever designed the outdoor space - the wavy wrap-around-lawn - and preserved the beautiful trees kudos. Also THANKS for the herb garden. We used the herbs! So thoughtful.

We loved the glider sofa chairs in the living room all the furniture in this house was attractive and comfortable inside snd out! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Pots pans plates etc. there are two supermarkets close by Walmart and Lion king. We loved the stained exterior and the upper deck was furnished so beautifully! We enjoyed sitting on the deck before and after the beach to admire the nature. Perfect distance to the beach. Overall this house had everything we were looking for!
