Four decks boast fantastic sound and ocean views. After a long day at the beach, everyone is sure to love relaxing in the 12'x24' private pool with a freshly painted pool deck. C-Side Escape is full of family-friendly amenities, including a basketball goal, WiFi, and games.

C-Side Escape is conveniently located in the quiet community of Poteskeet, within walking distance to Duck Village, where you’ll find great shopping and dining.

For your convenience, C-Side Escape provides sheets and towels.

The private, unheated pool is available from May 8th to the second week of October.

C-Side Escape is not pet-friendly.

Overall

The location of this house is great! We enjoyed walking everywhere! Easy walk to the beach and all the shops in Duck. We got coffee at Duck Cottage and walked the boardwalk every day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the bedrooms and living area were very comfy.

House was very nice location in duck was a little busy with traffic in evenings/weekend. Nice location to beach quiet street! Kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans plates silverware etc. Sofas were comfy- beds were better than hotel but not like home. Outdoor shower was nice!

Highly recommend! The house was very well equipped for families with children and the location was fantastic. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped! Not the most comfortable mattresses but acceptable. The top level jacuzzi was not working. Otherwise the house had excellent amenities.

Overall

We had two families (4 adults and 3 kids) stay at the C-side escape the week of June 16 2019. We found the home very comfortable and lacking for nothing. The included sheets and towels package was a nice bonus and we took advantage of the vaykay gear 40% off rental for beach chairs bikes and umbrella which was also a plus! The house is conveniently located within walking distance to both town and the beach. The road was very quiet and we felt comfortable allowing the kids to play outside and ride bikes on the road. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were decent I would say an elderly guest may have trouble getting in and out of the spa tub/shower combos as they are really high but it wasn't a problem for us and the kids enjoyed the spa tubs. The washroom in the basement was really nice to keep our dirty clothes sandy shoes etc. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the pool. It is pretty old and in need of some major repair. The concrete walls and tiles are falling off. I did let the rental company know and they are addressing with the home owner. The decks need some general upkeep as well. Overall we were pleased with Sun Realty and will use them again. We would stay in this home again if the pool is repaired.
