Colony by the Sea has a community pool, tennis courts, a children's playground, and oceanside parking in non-numbered spots available for your convenience and enjoyment. Everything you will need for a great vacation and family memories! Please note, the community pool closes in mid-October.

Please note the fireplace is not for guest use.

158-A is a non-pet-friendly home.

We have stayed here for four years and love this house. We especially appreciate the upgrades the owners make to it annually. All beds and sofas were comfortable and the loft was enjoyed by all. The kitchen had everything we needed! We appreciated the great location close to beach and pool access.

We have stayed in the OBX for the last 6 years and this was one of our favorites! The kitchen was incredibly stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating.

Very nice house. Can tell it is well taken care of by the owners. Kitchen could use some improved cutlery like paring knives but overall it was fine. Beds and sofas were comfortable.
