Colony by the Sea has a community pool, tennis courts, a children's playground, and oceanside parking in non-numbered spots available for your convenience and enjoyment. Everything you will need for a great vacation and family memories! Please note, the community pool closes on October 15, 2024.

Please note the fireplace is not for guest use.

The house was well stocked -- kitchen beach chairs etc. -- and generally very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the updated fridge and range were appreciated. The sofas were a bit worn and the furniture on the older side but still acceptable.

We have stayed in the OBX for the last 6 years and this was one of our favorites! The kitchen was incredibly stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating.

This was an awesome house with use of the sound. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we would need. All beds and living areas were comfortable and well decorated.
