This home rents from Friday to Friday, allowing you to miss all the Saturday traffic and have the best spot on the beach while others are still making their way here.

comfortable
All beds were comfortable and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Only obvious item missing was a drying rack for dishes. The only downside to the house (which we knew when choosing) was the road noise; back rooms were fine.

loved the location
Loved the location, ease of check in and check out, the house pool and setup. Very comfortable, and plenty of space. Beautiful, brand new kitchen, had all we needed.

Best Pool in Duck
We had such an amazing week at this beautiful home. The location is one of the best. The beach access is a short 4 minute walk, and even better, the private Sound access is directly across the street. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the view from the master bedroom is simply incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. The basement was perfect for the kids to sprawl out, and I enjoyed spending the mornings reading by the pool. During our stay, the pool season had not yet opened (for all homes), but it was still one of our favorite features! We have rented many Duck homes over the past 20 years, and I can say that no other pool can compare to this one. It is spacious, has beautiful views, and plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. There were just so many things to love about this home. The owner was responsive, friendly, and so helpful when we had a question. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Enjoyable Stay
We had a last minute trip to the beach planned due to work being completed on our home. We stayed at Jessica's Dune and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home offers beautiful views of the sound; sunsets were lovely. The house is comfortable, especially the couches in the TV/living room. The bottom floor offers a fun game room with pool table and television. The home offered a stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, cooking pans and utensils and also a washer and dryer off to the side in a pantry area. The home offers a televisions on three floors and has wifi which allowed us to log in for work. It was a little cold during our stay and the pool was closed, but the hot tub was available and we enjoyed looking at the stars at night while enjoying the warm tub. We walked every morning along the sound side sidewalks and also had a very short walk to the beach. The house is on the corner of the main street so there is some traffic noise. Overall a good stay, we would definitely come again!

Great stay!
We had a great stay here and liked it so much we are coming back in 2 months again for another week. The house was clean, comfortable, good condition, ac worked well too. The pool area is very nice with the new pool and yellow sun shade which made it the perfect spot to relax, eat outside, and play. The outside furniture was also new. The hot tub was located on the upper deck which was great watching the perfect sunset and night sky. Super views of the sound. Convienient to town and restaurants and to shops. Beach entrance not far but I am a pool person so this worked out well. The beach is very nice. Checked all my boxes.
