loved this house
Loved this house, huge front porch with plenty of seating to look at the beautiful views. Very quiet, peaceful street. Loved access to the sound just a short walk away to enjoy the sunset. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, you can hear the ocean waves at the property. The outdoor shower was large with plenty of hooks for clothes and towels, appreciated the clotheslines with clothespins on the garage level so we did not have to drape our beach towels and swimsuits on the railings to dry. The furniture was comfortable, loved the dining table and chairs. Plenty of storage for clothes. Lovely up to date bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had everything there you could need. Loved that Sun Realty provided dish, dishwasher, laundry soap, a sponge, and paper towel roll, also a few rolls of t.p.! Much appreciated.

Great location to the beach. This house is great! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All beds were soft and comfortable.

Amenities were good! Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture/beds felt a little dated but overall the property was functional and decently maintained. Proximity to the ocean was wonderful! The proximity to the beach was what we liked best about the property.

was perfect
This is home was perfect for an October visit, looks like it has everything for an inseason rental too. Perfect for us and our dog, glad for the furniture covers. The kitchen had everything we needed, cooked our meals 6 nights just fine, but please add a cast iron skillet.

cozy, clean, perfect location
This was a lovely little house, just right for our small family. Very cozy, clean, has a perfect location and a distance to the beach, even the facade color was so nice and cheerful. Friendly local neighbors. Kitchen and a bigger bathroom were nicely renovated, although the smaller bathroom could be renovated as well. Overall, we feel we made a good choice, the price was right and would love to rent it again. As a matter of fact, we wouldn’t mind at all owning this house!
