This classic Duck beach box has been completely refreshed for 2026, with new paint throughout, new flooring, brand-new bathrooms, and a recently updated kitchen that feels clean, bright, and ready for slow breakfasts before the beach. By mid-morning, towels are slung over shoulders and you’re heading just 260 feet to the beach - close enough that forgotten sunscreen isn’t a crisis. When the day winds down, the sound is waiting too, only about 1,200 feet away, offering calm waters and unforgettable sunset skies.
Back at the house, everyone has space to unwind. Two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and a twin make evenings easy, and every bedroom has new furniture, new mattresses, and a smart TV for winding down after a sun-filled day.
