You will have great views east and west of the beautiful Atlantic, a perfect place to think and reflect on what a wonderful OBX vacation you are experiencing.
Newly furnished, this condo has everything you need for a grand time. Only 516 feet to the beach access. Private Wi-Fi is available if you need to work while away from the office or if you want to keep in touch with friends and family back home letting them know all about your OBX vacation!

Great news for Barrier Island Station guests with electric cars... there are now 2 charging stations in front of the 200/Nags Head Station building. The price is $1.50 per hour. If your car is not electric be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed, and if your car is electric, please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging.
Community outdoor pool opens Easter week and closes at the end of October. The community pool is not heated.
There is no elevator available at this unit or building.

thoroughly enjoyed
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View from the deck was lovely. Beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Property is in a great location and within an easy walk to town. We’re just not recommending this condo if you have any difficulty in walking up steps because there are three flights.

We did not get access until slightly after 5:00. Nice location. Best view of the ocean we have had. The beds and living area was comfortable.

This is our 2nd time staying in this home. Great location to the beach with everything that you need. Everything was very comfortable with the bedding and living area.

our family enjoyed
Our family enjoyed the oversized deck and the home was updated and clean. Lots of stairs to vehicle and beach probably due to dunes. Lots of pretty plates and platters for entertaining. Had appropriate size pot for shrimp boil and casserole dish. Could have used a few more storage containers with lids for refrigerating left overs. Having 2 king size beds was nice. Extra 2 twin size beds offered extra space for kids to have own space. Sofas comfy! It was nice to have all the sports equipment located at the games such as ping pong, tennis, shuffle board, volleyball…

great house with great view
Great house, with great view... as promised in description. All beds were comfy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, except the icemaker did not work - maintenance was called, but we opted to buy ice so we did not have to empty frig in order for ice to defrost.

loved beach access
The pool was great. Loved the beach access. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfy. Bedrooms could benefit from blackout curtains because there is no way to turn of exterior condo lights but not show stopper. Next time we are brining our dogs so we won’t be able to stay here :/

satisfactory
Everything was satisfactory with the bedding and living space. Updated description of what is there such as hair dryers would be helpful. No issues but had to clean out the coffee pot before using. There was sand on the table. In general, the outside of the property needs improvement.

refurbished inside
This condo was refurbished inside which made a huge difference. Beds were firm. Kitchen could use large serving bowls and a new fry pan that isn’t scratched.

We loved
This was a very comfortable condo with everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, and slept really well on the comfortable beds. The property itself was very well kept and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We loved having the option to go to the beach or the pool.
