On the mid level, another king en suite can be found, as well as 3 more bedrooms (a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen and a daybed with a trundle, and a bedroom with a a bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed), all with a private access to a covered deck overlooking the pool, and access to a shared full bath. Please note, there is no longer a hammock on the mid level deck.

The ground level features a dry entry from the large carport and laundry area with a washer and dryer.
